I needed a new garbage disposal. They were at my house within a couple of days (I told them it was not an emergency). I was very happy with their work.

Woke up Friday AM 11/11/22 to find stool clogged up, yeeky water in shower floor plus water surrounding the basement floor drain in furnace room. Then noticed soaked carpet in room adjacent to furnace room where floor drain had overflowed. A mess and immediately I’m a little panicked as to what to do. Had used Mike before so gave him a call at 6:30AM and left message. Got call back in about 10 minutes and he said I’ll be there within the hour and they where. Please note it does say on the internet they open at 8:00AM but responded to may message ASAP.
They came as stated and immediately assessed situation and went to sewer clean out in front yard. Used heavy duty snake and cut out the tree roots in our sewer line. That resolved that problem immediately. He then offered calling a restoration company (Grethey & Rose Restoration) to come and clean up the mess. They were here in an hour and cleaned everything up plus set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything up!!!!
This is very lengthy review but at 6:30AM I was kinda panicked but this situation was completely resolved by 10:30AM (except removing equipment on Monday) so my satisfaction with both these organizations is outstanding……….and reasonable charge to complete!!!!!

Mike and his guys are the absolute best. Electric water heater stopped working (flame sensor). Called and Mike came out within the hour. Had it fixed in 15 minutes. Professional, clean, fair. Just a great guy. The best.

Water backing up into the basement tub and floor drain. Clogged somewhere before the pipes left the house. Called at 7:30 am they were out by 8am. Had it cleaned out and working great by 9am. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up after themselves. I will call for all my plumbing needs not just emergencies.

They were here within 10 mins of me calling! Cheaper than anywhere I called including rotor rooter! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from them! They were very fast and went above and beyond. Great customer service with knowledgeable guys. I definitely found the company I will be calling for any plumbing needs in the future!

Plumbing ninjas—super fast and quiet! Fixed the issue and cleaned everything up; it’s like they weren’t even here. Very fair pricing. Answered the first time I called and sent someone right away.

My pipes were frozen due to the extreme cold. I called another plumber but they didn't get around to me after 3 hours. So I called Meyer and Sons. Not only did they come out in 15 minutes, but he picked up my son and I at Culvers and gave us a ride to our house, since my car was in the shop. When we got to the house, my pipes magically were unthawed. He checked that there weren't any leaks and said there was no charge. He definitely went above and beyond.

At 7am, I called about a clogged sink. Travis was there by 9am and had it fixed within a half-hour. He was efficient and communicated everything well. I will definitely call again if I have any plumbing issues.

Water heater wouldn't Ignite. They were here within 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time! Will do business with them again if I have to!

Replace our water heater within a day of it going out. They work quick at a price hard to beat. Highly recommend them for future plumbing need.
