Not sure why the negative reviews. I've been going here since 2013 and have never had any issues. The pharmacy staff is kind, and in no way, shape, or form is this place dirty. I always have my pictures developed here too!

This visit to CVS was a good one. Had what I needed, friendly staff. It's been a long time since I've been here, was ticked off because prescriptions were NEVER ready when they said they would be and ask me to wait or come back, well no thank you I've already done that, that's why I'm standing here waiting for my medicine. If you pressed further you caught attitude from the workers so I decided the best thing was to never go back because it's obvious they had to many customers already and I didn't, for years.. I was beginning to think all pharmacies were poorly run and under staffed until I decided to give Alwans in Morton a try. What a relief, it was like finding gold. At my doctors office they asked "should we go ahead and send this to CVS"? No, I said I want to try Alwans in Morton. No problem they said and did so. I left the doctors office went to LaFiesta in Morton for lunch and received a text from alwans that my prescription was ready for pick up about 35 minutes had elapsed. Odd I thought, I hadn't given alwans my phone nimber. Finished up lunch, headed to alwans, walked in with I.D. and insurance card in hand expecting they'll need to contact my insurance company and verify coverages, set up an account and so on since I've never been here before. Was waited on right away, was asked my name, they sat my prescription on the counter, checked my I.D., told me the remaining balance and I asked "don't you want to see my insurance card"? No she replied, we gathered all that information from your doctor's office, called the insurance company and verify coverages before we texted you. I thought I was going to pass out, I didn't think places like this still existed.
Back to CVS, I don't know when CVS acquired Aetna but now that I'm on Medicare Aetna has my supplementary policy, didn't known this when I signed up for Medicare. So we'll see how this goes, smoothly I hope. My last visit to CVS was a good one so fingers crossed.

I have had the same insurance for 20 years and the same prescription. Every time I go to a cvs I get the same bs. They have to call and check on this and get approval, so I started going to Walmart pharmacy they keep my card on file, they never have to call and check on anything or get approval, I give them my name and birthday and get my prescription in minutes no hassle no runaround.

I coupon...yep! The CVS police are thick in this place watching every move I make. It's not a coincidence that every time I walk in this location that they shut their self check out down. Like I am the coupon bandit breaking some laws using the coupons that manufacturers provide to me. Coupons in which CVS is reimbursed for! Tonight was the best though as I heard the girl ask her manager if she wanted her to turn the self check out machine back on as I was exiting the location. Her manager stuttered over her words and looked straight at me. I won't be harassed by miserable human beings that have nothing better to do with their time because I am attempting to save myself a few bucks in this horrible economy! Your competition doesn't bat an eye when I make my weekly visit and pull out my coupons. Not to mention their prices are so much cheaper. Unfortunately we don't have one of those on every corner in Morton. However, I take no issue with driving to surrounding communities where my hard earned dollar is appreciated and I am not made to feel like a thief by the staff. Bye Morton CVS!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a couple years and it’s so sad how downhill they’ve gone. They used to be so nice and sweet and now they are so rude and can’t even make eye contact. This one lady has the nastiest attitude and should not be working around people at all. You can visually tell how much they hate their jobs. It’s honestly unacceptable how they treat their customers & I will be switching my pharmacy after this month. If I talked to my patients the way they talk to their customers, I would be fired. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!

The staff looks miserable and doesn't even greet or acknowledge you. The managers are not helpful either. I would rather take me business elsewhere.

Made an APPOINTMENT for a flu shot, arrived on time, and had WALK-INS accepted in priority of me - was told to “come back later”.
Will not be returning to this location and will get my vaccinations elsewhere.

Clearly Austin in the pharmacy is not cut out to be a manager. They kept calling to pick up a prescription that was no more than half used. He set it up to be mailed to avoid the frequent calls which they charge for now. I run out of my prescription today and call to see why I haven’t revived a refill and I’m informed I took too long and it was but back on the shelf. They just mailed my other prescription last week. It’s been mailed for months now. He doesn't apologize or acknowledge the error. When I point out this is an ongoing issue he just hangs up. Clearly he can’t diffuse a situation and or take any constructive criticism. Clearly he is not concerned enough to care about my well being or yours.

I went to CVS Morton to pick up a prescription at approximately 1:25 pm and stood in line for about 1 minute when the pharmacist told me they were closing and I would have to wait until 2:00 pm. I was shocked and left.
My mobility is not my strong point as I walk with a cane. I was the last person in line.
CVS does not say anywhere that the pharmacy people all go to lunch at 1:30 and return at 2:00pm. I will move my business!
