Wells Fargo Bank

This is pretty much a lobby with ATM kiosks and lightly staffed, it’s just for electronic banking. The people I’ve talked to there are very friendly, the lady was telling me it’s one of only two like it in their banking system.

Great staff. They need auto door opener for people like myself . So i can utilize atm on weekends. Otherwise staff is very helpful and opened up the door for me.

This location is pretty nice, very futuristic, I never thought it would be so easy to make a deposit at an ATM but it's quick and easy!

Very nice branch and Christopher was great. He exactly knew what I wanted and assisted me with care and affection. Highly recommend.

Entitled people.

Poor customer service from the woman who was at work. I was told to come into a physical location to talk to a banker, she was rude and told me she couldn’t help me. I went to another location and they helped me without issue.

This is a mobile branch with one person working so stay away from this location. Waste of 20 mins.

Totally incompetent. Made an appt to open a new bank account. Have been told that as a foregather citizen you can't do it because you need a SSN even though Wells Fargo in Minnetonka did it for a friend. Went to a branch in Bloomington and got a new bank account opened there without a SSN. So maybe learn how to do your job because a person is not required to have a social security number to open a checking or savings account.

Digital card wasn’t working to withdraw cash at this location, and this is one of those weird locations where the banker can’t assist you unless you have a physical card

I didn't read the review before I went. I was looking for a teller, this 'branch" only has ATM's. Luious said he could assist me at the ATM's. I said no, that I wanted a human being to process my unusually large transaction. He again said I can assist you and I started shaking my head, I really don't want to use an ATM for this transaction. He then said "You're shaking your head while I'm trying to assist you, that is very rude". I'm sorry, who's the customer here? I said, 'if you think that's rude, check this out', then walked out the door. I've been their customer since 1994, and never have been treated like that. This mall location isn't helping, at all.

Been at WF for 15 years, walked in and they don’t offer a service even though we signed up for it 2 months prior. Walk into a large WF and they give it to us. Wasted 4 hours of our day traveling and waiting in line.

This isn't a real branch! There are ATM's and a lady arguing with you that you can use the machines for deposits, no thank you. Another strike against Wells Fargo, it's getting more difficult to do business while traveling.

I see why your ratings are so low you say or open but you're not open or closed your ATM area is open so maybe you should put down what time the inside of the bank is open and what time they close instead of sending people off because they think the inside where they can meet with a person get it together y'all would be getting 0 Stars

This is only a “digital branch”. Not sure what that means, but wasn’t useful in my quest to get quarters for my laundry 😭

No tellers at this location, I was not able to make a payment on my credit card.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff, last time I will be visiting this Well Fargo.
