Monticello Apartments

The Monticello community prides themselves on ensuring their tenants safe and comfortable. In my personal experience with the staff, I can say that the employees all operate from the principles of humanness, and go above and beyond to address my needs in a timely, empathetic and professional manner....This is huge for me.

When I was scouting out different apartment homes a year ago, it was imperative to me that I felt safe, and that I lived in a fairly quiet community as I was not accustomed to apartment living; I've had that experience here with a few exceptions, but that has since been resolved which speaks to my previous statement about Monticello making safety & comfortability a priority for all of us.

Additionally, I am able to save money on gym memberships due to the luxury of being able to work out in the on-site gym. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to live in this community.

My sister lives here and these are my favorite apartments! Everything is so nice and updated and the clubhouse and pool area alone is enough reason to love it.

Johnny, head of maintenance is excellent. He always responds to maintenance requests quickly, usually the same day. Recently had to replace the furnace and he was able to get a crew here next day and went above and beyond to make sure we had enough portable heaters for the night. Always had great experiences with him.

I love living at Monticello. The apartments are very nice, and the environment is calm and clean. I feel safe and comfortable living here. The staff is professional and welcoming. Johnny, the head of maintenance, is wonderful at his job. He does an excellent job making repairs; he is highly proficient, fast, and personable.

I am new to the community and while I don’t have much to share yet, I will say that my process has been a very pleasant one. Emilie is absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond. She was professional and kind from the moment I met her and has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. I am expecting a beautiful experience here at Monticello.

So many of us are so quick to leave a review when something doesn’t go our way. However I am making an effort to shine positive light where positive light is due. From the apartments to the staff (especially the staff). I have been so impressed and please with the care, effort & time the staff has shown me. The apartments are nothing short of what I expected, down to the fine details. Thanks for putting my mind at ease & being so wonderful guys! Just wanted to let you know, you are appreciated!!

I just want to thank you the staffs of Monticello apartment for all their good job . I’m a person that I always give what people deserve . The staff always do a great returning on my call . A big shout out to Lekia everyday I look forward seeing great pictures of what the outside looks. All the maintenance guys great job . Stephanie thank you for ordering a new hot water thank . The property manager Kayla is AMAZING. She came and helped change my appliance with the maintenance man yesterday. Most property managers won’t get their hands dirty. She does any and everything to help make sure we’re taken care of

Johnny, maintenance manager, was excellent! He responds to request in a timely fashion and is always prepared for any situation.

Johnnie has been proficient in every service provided. He is capable and helpful in installing my dryer and turning off my furnace because of carbon monoxide fumes.

Where do I start? First and Foremost our Leasing Consultant Lekia was Absolutely Amazing in this process and made it Stress Free!! She's a Great Communicator and is Very Efficient with Everything...Secondly, the Unit was Clean and Modern with many Updates!!! I Definitely Recommend these Apts to anyone looking for High Quality Service and Living Space...Superb :)

Beautiful spacious apts love it here very updated and peaceful and the new leasing consultant Lekia is amazing her smile made my day brighter. I love coming home

Good place to live

I have lived here a little over a year. It’s very quiet, maintenance response time and quality of work is excellent, and the staff is friendly with really good customer service skills.
