Midwest Dental - Watertown

I'm always nervous when it comes to my teeth but they were super friendly, very patient and super helpful. I was so nervous at first and they made me feel very comfortable to be there. Wonderful atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff and Doctor. The x-rays weren't bad and the exam was not painful.Doctor and staff explained every to my understanding. It was a pleasant first visit. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you for the care and kindness you have given me.

Fantastic and pleasant staff at Midwest Dental. The hygienist Melissa is so detailed and nice. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly while being gentle. And Dr. Jong did a great job replacing my old crown. She is patient, caring, professional, and willing to spend time explaining the procedures, which makes me feel comfortable and reduces my anxiety. I have visited other dental offices before. This is the first time I feel my teeth are truly clean and received good care after switching to here. Thank you! I definitely recommend this dental office.

It was a very nice cleaning.The dentist ground down the crown of a crooked tooth.This has bothered me for years.(40 or50) Anyway it won't anymore! I am surprised no other dentist thought of that!

I had an amazing experience! First time customer, and I am more than satisfied. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. The staff and the Dentist were kind, patient and worked with me to give me the best care. He was very clear and made me feel comfortable. I was in sooo much pain and even as an adult I was hesitant to even be seen by a dentist and I am so relieved I chose this place!! Would HIGHLY recommend going here!

The staff at Midwest Dental are very attentive, personal, and thorough to your dental needs. They explain procedures and cost options clearly ahead of time so you know what to expect. The dental work has been excellent. I highly recommend their services.

Everything went perfectly! Got in on time, Melissa is an excellent hygienist, and the interim dentist was friendly and professional.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Jong and Dr. Gillingham were wonderful and so caring. Dr. Jong responded to my dental emergency call very quickly and worked with the office staff to get me in as quickly as possible. Their professional manners were so warming and thoughtful. They truly care about their patients. The dental assistant was great.

The new female dentist is amazing. So very nice and tells you everything she is going to do before she puts instruments or numbing gel or anything into your mouth! She's straightforward and great at explaining.

Appointment was on time. The dental hygienist was very good, She was considerate of causing discomfort and checked often to see that the treatment was ok. Dr. Jong is always pleasant and competent.

Wonderful staff that were extremely open and transparent about everything. I felt comfortable knowing that they were caring for my dental health and not just trying to make money off of unneeded things. I have had terrible experiences in the past which left me with anxiety about the dentist, and with one visit here I feel so much better about going!

Staff was so kind, not judgy, and really listened to me and my concerns. They also have a really good discount for new patients on their website, which allowed me to seek care without insurance. 10/10 recommend
