I've just worked with Generations for the third cremation of a beloved family member. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are kind, professional and affordable. Another funeral home wanted 4 and a half times what Generations charged for the cremation. It's really not a difficult choice. I will continue to work with Generations and recommend them to others. My family has lost many beloved members and everyone at generations has given the most love and respect with caring for our loved ones as well as all of our remaining family and friends. The care, love and respect from everyone in this establishment is like no other. I appreciate everyone and everything that was done for us. I am always forever grateful.

I used Generations in 2019 to cremate my mother. Two staff came to my home to pick her up as I was doing hospice in my home based on my mom’s wishes. They were caring and professional. There were no issues with the paperwork process. I was able to obtain the death certificates quickly on my own. The whole process was efficient. My mom had a church memorial services and that went well also. So, I had no issues with Generations and found the price to be quite reasonable.

Melissa is hands down, hats off thee best funeral director. She goes above and beyond and then some and then some more to make sure every need and wish is fulfilled. She is an asset to every family that needs her strength, expertise, knowledge, kindness and care. She is the only one in this industry that has been honest and helpful.

I never thought I would be without my Mom. It’s just not something I had ever thought about. But she fell ill and passed unexpectedly we had nothing planned. Honestly I want to thank Tim and the entire staff at Generations for everything they did for my Mom and our family. From the first call I made in the middle of the night to receiving my Moms ashes, the staff were exceptionally compassionate . They made the darkest time of my life manageable I am forever grateful to these wonderful people. I will be making plans for when it is my time I only want Generations to take care of me and be there for my family.

Moreover, the pricing at Generations was incredibly affordable, but it was Melissa's care, expertise, and sincerity that stood out the most. She made an experience I had long dreaded into something classy, professional, and unexpectedly comforting. Her warm, familial approach even compelled me to hug her in gratitude.

I have used them twice now. They have been friendly and compassionate. The first time with my mother it took me a little time to get to her to say goodbye. They weren't rushed at all. Stayed on stand by. Then when we were ready they handled her with all of the care I could ask for. The second time with my father in law my wife's family had a very hard time with him being in the home. They came within 30 minutes of getting the medical examiner number. They handled him with the same care and compassion. Hopefully I won't need them for a long time but when I do they will be who I call. I don't remember any of the names of the staff who came either time. I do however thank them and remember them for their kindness. It must be a rough job.

We couldn't have asked for a more respectful experience. When my family member was carried out of our home it was with the upmost dignity. I've never seen a portable stretcher used before, it made it so much easier for the staff to navigate our home without trauma to our family. All funeral homes should be using this process. Thank you for your conscientious care.

Generations Funeral and Cremations Services staff were very accommodating to me and my other siblings (including Unique). The staff waited seven days to give all parties time to complete necessary forms. During time of death, family members need to stop being selfish and do what is best for the decease. I paid for everything and so I make the decision. Generals Funeral provide excellent service and support and I recommend all to conduct business with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Generations. They all were kind, compassionate and very helpful in my time of sorrow. Tim was so understanding and made me feel that whatever I needed he and his staff were there to help. I thank you for making this sad time in my life more bearable.

My mom passed away recently and my family chose Generations to take care of her cremation. They were very professional, quick, efficient and pleasant to work with during our time of sadness. Also, their prices are very affordable.

My father passed away at home and the two people who came from Generations to take my Dad away were so respectful to us and they treated my fathers body with such dignity! We were so distressed and they were openly kind and compassionate to us.
