I have been with Allstate for over 60 years. They are the only insurance company I have used. That is customer loyalty!
I have Homeowners, Automobile and Umbrella policies.
I have always been satisfied with their service, as currently delivered by Bill Abel. Bill has long experience in insurance and is very responsive. I recommend him highly. He is the best!

They are very welcoming if you are a new customer. Extremely nice and willing to help you with all of your insurance needs and or wants. They explain everything to you in a way that you can understand. Overall it has been the best experience that I’ve ever had with any insurance company! Excelent person and very very kind

The amount of profiling that I have received from this company is insane. I’ve paid my premiums on time, always given and done exactly what they asked and now that I have a claim I’ve been receiving hell trying to get this thing paid out. And the only thing I’m hearing now is excuses! Very sad to say the least! Allstate is by far the worst insurance company that I’ve ever had, steer clear by all means!
