It seems I had a better passport processing experience than most reviews here - I booked the last appointment slot of the day and went in with all the necessary paperwork. Was helped immediately and the passport lady couldn’t have been friendlier, in and out in 20 minutes.

I like this post office. It's usually the same guy running the place with a line out the door and he calmly takes care of everyone in a calm, professional, efficient manner. They can probably use more staff (and I'm sure they're trying to), but I've never had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work.

One of staff members helped my son to process passport although my son did not make an appointment because he was not aware that an appointment is necessary. The staff was very kind and efficient, too. It took less than 15 minutes.
