Luke showed me everything I needed, explained perfectly how each item worked with my system and gave me advice on the best cables I should get for my budget. Even bought a few extra things just because he was so helpful. Exceptional knowlwdge, sales skill and the level of interpersonal interaction was perfect!

Oh yes this is a great place for kids to try out different instruments. There is an acoustic lab even to play in. I think some of the guitars are very affordable and even play well for the price with unavoidable caveats.
They have a plethora of stringed instruments and electronic. The keyboard selection is vast

Bought some strings here, I was impressed that all of their acoustic guitars were kept in a controlled humidity environment.. Both the guys there were friendly and very knowledgeable..great place I will be buying from here again. 👍

Service was excellent, employee was very knowledgeable and encouraging. Fast checkout. Just bought strings for an acoustic, but discussed basses and banjos.

UPDATED: went back to exchange an amp and guitar. Re learning guitar after not playing 13 years. Very smooth exchange. Jim helped me decide on an amp. He also gives lessons. Max did the exchange and helped me choose the right picks. Jeff help me pick out the guitar in the first place and was very knowledgeable and helpful and he also does the repairs there. There was another gentleman that was helping me that was trying to cash me out and had lightning fast keyboard fingers but I didn't get his name. Absolutely awesome experience. Very knowlegeable and friendly people, working there. Great deals as well. If you're looking to get into music or have been and looking to relearn, this place is awesome. Top noth friendly service.

Went in to ask about some recording equipment. Luke was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

If you do your homework and know exactly what you want, this is quick, easy, and with some luck you get a good deal, too.

Got my first electric guitar here yesterday. Jojo was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about all things guitar and was super patient while I made my decision on what to get. Definitely recommend and hoping to take some classes here as well.

I really like this location. The staff is always very cordial and helpful, unlike some of the other places. Top marks especially to their awesome guitar tech Adam. He is by far and away the best guitar tech I have experienced at ANY music shop. He really takes pride in what he does and it is very evident. I won't let anyone else touch my guitars.

The manager helped me with a return with an item I bought from Texas. They were more helpful to me than any other GC I’ve been to!

Bought a few things from here over the years, never had a bad experience. I recently went in to get a new electronic drum set and not only did the employee help me pick out what I needed, they helped and got it into my car for me also. Very exceptional service at this location and loads of display models of different items so you can try before you buy!

Purchased a new baby Taylor. Rebecca was my sales associate and she was fantastic to deal with. When I go back to purchase my Martin I will be sure to make sure she handles the transaction. Thank you for a great experience.

I ordered a guitar online for pick-up at this location a few months back, and when I came by, the associates were super helpful. They checked to make sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. Their in-store options aren’t extensive, but you can order online for pick-up. Overall great experience!

Bought a Yamaha 45 keyboard and love it

I've never been to the store in person but I placed an online order for a USED Dean Banjitar. Erin in guitars was SUPER HELPFUL. I called about 3-4 times with questions and to seal the deal. Erin was patient and great. i hope i spelled her name correctly.

Very friendly and awesome staff. One of the employees don't want to say the name because i don't know if i could get in trouble lol but he went way out of his way to help me and my husband with all we needed!!! So i would like to say thank you to all of you at guitar center, if you are really in a stump and don't know what you need ask for stu he's awesome!!!!
