Dedicated to customer service and returns messages and emails quickly. I had a minor accident and since I didn’t think anything would happen, I didn’t get the teens name that hit me, only his parents names/insurance information. I didn’t get a police report either. Then an hour later, I ended up in the ER with whiplash. I thought I had messed up any chance of getting made whole financially. I told John that I was sorry and just wanted my medical bills/car repairs paid. He settled the case and got additional on top of what I wanted, how awesome! I’ve referred over an handful of family and friends, he’s done a fantastic job with their cases as well! Highly recommend!
