Worked with Kyle Costello on a Hyundai and had a good experience- no problem finding the brand new car I wanted, kept in contact during the wait for it to arrive on lot, and got in and out without much fuss the day of delivery. Very nice guy to work with.

Kyle Costello was an amazing car salesman. We talked up front about financial situation and what I was looking for. We then took test drives while the manager, Mike looked at different options for me financially. They were amazingly friendly, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about making this the easiest it could be. It was a bit of a struggle to find a financial solution but Mike spent the time to find something for me and Kyle was extremely helpful with information. Kyle has told me that our experience doesn’t end after I purchase the car but that anything I need, he is a call or text away and will help me as best he can. I came into today extremely anxious that this would be a horrible process and I am leaving so excited to have bought my first car. Thank you to Kyle and Mike for helping me. I appreciate all you two have done to help me.

Today was the most awesome experience of my life Kyle Costello was extraordinary and amazing and very kind and professional. I got his information from my coworker at Caterpillar yesterday and I called Kyle immediately. When he answered he was very professional and helpful made me an appointment for today 8-25-23 and when I came in he was amazing! Amazing experience! We had the pleasure of working with Chantell. We have never had better customer service before, during and after buying a vehicle. We had been looking for a High Output Ram Dually for a few weeks and finally found one at Bob Brady. I spoke with Chantell and from there she made the process so easy and seamless. A salesman approached us and I thought - here we go…however, the gentleman was Kyle Costello. He was pleasant, wasn’t pushy, and truly listened to make sure he understood what we were looking for. He patiently answered all of our many questions. We found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable of all Hyundai models. We settled on a Santa Fe Hybrid. From start to finish the process was seamless due to his demeanor, competence, and the trust we learned to have in him. We left feeling happy about our decision. Thanks Kyle! This was such a smooth experience. Honestly, I hadn't planned on purchasing a car that day, but I had been wanting a Jeep Renegade for a long while (like 5 years). I saw one on Bob Brady Auto Mall's website and filled out the "schedule a test drive" form. Within 5 minutes, Adam called me to set up a time. It ended up being about an hour later and I loved driving that car. Adam answered all of my questions and it wasn't stressful at all. If I had felt any negative emotion or stress in this process, I would've stopped it. I'm not one to make a decision on a whim, but my previous car had started to not be very reliable (it was 16 years old) and I knew at some point I'd need an upgrade, but I wasn't expecting it to be this week. I'm so happy that I did. I just want to be driving around in my new (to me) car!!

I came to bob brady as a last resort. It should’ve been my first choice! Other dealers told me no one would finance me since my credit’s been going through some changes. My hopes weren’t very high. My salesperson Latoya made me feel at ease and a lot less embarrassed. She didn’t pressure me into getting anything that I was not happy with! Which was big for me. I drove off the lot with my best option yet! Not only was Latoya awesome, the atmosphere of the whole building was great, especially since coming from other dealers who offered no customer service. In the end, I had a wonderful experience. What I thought was too good to be true turned out to be a big blessing.

I am so excited to tell you about my experience at Bob Brady Hyundai Decatur Illinois. My salesman was Kyle Costello, the experience with Kyle was great. His knowledge of the product that he was selling was phenomenal. Which I have experienced before being very pressured to buy a vehicle, I felt none of that from Kyle. Even after the sale, he was there for me to answer any questions no matter how many I had which was few, but it was great to know that.
