Brought my pc in because it was freezing and I was losing all my motherboard outputs. A&K worked on it over the weekend. Tested my hardware and discovered some software issues. They kept me informed the entire time and cost of repair considering the amount of time spent was cheap.

An AT&T authorized dealership employee sent me to A & K Mega Service for help with my damaged iPhone display. I worked with both Andrew and Michael, and their customer service is superb. My iPhone was fixed under an hour and for less than half what the Apple store quoted me. Most importantly, I was treated with courtesy, which can be rare these days! Very happy, and will bring other devices here.

Boost mobile sent me to have them open up my spare sd card area. A&K Mega services was extremely helpful and let me know that it wasnt a problem. He was able to politely explain that my phone was old and I needed to upgrade
