Had new laminate wood flooring installed. The install date was fast. The flooring technician did an amazing and professional job removing the old pergo and installing new plank flooring

The installer for my carpeting was Jason. He was fantastic. Meticulous, detail oriented and extremely professional. While laying the padding, he noticed a slight difference in the density of two different rolls. It was so slight that I didn't even notice it at first. Instead of just continuing with the install, he told me that he would return with new padding the following day. He returned promptly the next day with the new padding. Not only did he replace the incorrect padding, but he replaced everything that he had done the prior day to make sure that the padding was consistent throughout. The finished installation was perfect!! Jason did an outstanding job, more than willing to go the extra mile. You can be proud to have him in your employ.

I worked with Certified Flooring through Home Depot for the flooring through my whole house. I had some issues with the measurers initially but I am super satisfied:) The installers were super friendly, courteous and accommodating. My floors look beautiful they did everything in a timely manner. The office management and the installers were very professional:) I will recommend them to my friends and family:)

CFI Livonia installed our carpet today (we purchased through Home Depot) and H was incredibly professional, was very detail oriented, and provided thorough explanations throughout the installation. He did a great job installing our carpet and we were extremely pleased with the entire process.

I found CFI through Home Depot as they were the chosen installation company for my install. I had a very good experience with a hardwood floor installation. Frank (Fawzi) and his team were outstanding! They were polite, respectful and cleaned up well afterwards. I had 2 large rooms and a hallway completed in one 8 hour day and then just a few hours the second day. I would highly recommend CFI!

My husband and I just bought a new home and had all new flooring put in throughout. Home depot contracted out CFI for the installation of the floors. Carpet in the bedroom and hard surface in the main living areas. The job was split into two days with two separate teams for the different floor types. Both teams were amazing! Very prompt, professional and did an awesome job!! Thanks guys! Highly recommend CFI for flooring installation!

Great experience with CFI...they installed sheet vinyl flooring at my moms in the kitchen and entryway. Friendly and professional, and quick! Also, quick to respond to an issue we had for a repair (not CFI or HD's fault. Highly recommend.

100% Amazing work from Keith Nelson & Patrick May of Nelson's Custom Flooring through CFI. They showed up on time and were very quick and efficient. Our small home was finished in half a day!

We had a good experience with Certified Flooring Installation. There was good communication with the set up appointment and follow up after the installation. Our installers were professional and experienced workers.

This was a great experience from start to finish.
Working with Home Depot in Harrison, OH, the installation was completed in just over 2 weeks from date of measurement.

Others told me, it may be after Christmas before we have carpet. This was in September.

There was excellent communication from the team at CFI. They kept us updated on when our carpet shipped and called us when they received it and they were able to move our install date up.

The installers did a great job as well. They tore out the old, cleaned up, installed the padding and carpet in just over 5 hours. They arrived on time and didn't do too much damage to my freshly painted walls and baseboards.

I understand that the installers are all different, but if they were all like mine (didn't get their names), then I'd recommend to everyone.
