We bought chicken for lunch and it was good. We said thank you to our order-taker, and instead of the expected "it's my pleasure," he said "have a good one." What!? Time to retrain those Chick-fil-A employees!

We received quick & friendly service. It was our first time & food was amazing!

Stopped in for lunch and wanted to try the Chicken nuggets/bites! Got it as a meal and wasn't disappointed, nuggets were whole pieces of meat, not processed mush!!! Was pleased with the waffle fries taste and texture! Will definitely be back and try more of the menu!

Chick-fil-A is in my opinion the best fast food restaurant in Champaign Urbana. The food is great but the service is even better. Everyone is always happy to help, and will serves you with a smile. Great restaurant.

Best fast food in Champaign/Urbana. You can tell the owner/operator is there. You get nothing but smiles, quick service and no attitude. Laugh at the people in the portillos line across the street as it crawls at a snails pace while Chick Fil A whirlwinds the cars through. I've waited in portillos line for 40min+ with 3 cars ahead of me. They are AWFUL! Go here instead, you'll thank me later.

Chick fil a food was so good and special. We don't get to have it very often. So that makes it even more special. We got to stop by on our way home from Montana to see family at Thanksgiving

Always friendly with fresh, tasty meals. I always get the spicy chicken combo. It's fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection!

The number five, grilled chicken with muffins and a fried egg, is a recommended meal you should try. The meat was not dry at all, and the egg tasted juicy, yes, juicy.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Mikayla (I think that was her name, and hopefully I spelled it right)!! After a strange interaction with another customer, she came over to check on my friend and I to make sure we were okay and she was so so sweet!!!

The chicken nuggets are my go to drug of choice, but really everything I’ve tried has been excellent. Mac & cheese is always on point and hits the spot. Service is always pretty quick

I presented an award from Champaign American Legion Post 24 for proper display of The American Flag there. I am impressed with the leadership team in place there.
The staff seemed very attentive to customers needs and I noticed that there did not seem to be a long wait for the food to be served.
I am looking forward to returning for breakfast sometime soon.

The pimento sandwich is well flavored. This was my second example. Both times the shredded cheese was cold. This didn't affect my enjoyment.

Still a clean and very efficient restaurant. Food quality is very good and there sweet tea is fresh.

Best Chicken sandwich ever. Period! The waffle fries and milkshakes are bang for buck too!

3 years later and its still same. Best chicken sandwich ever. Place was clean and service was fast.
