My husband and I had our hearing tested today at Hearing Solutions of Indiana at the Zionsville location. The office is very nice and clean. Kathleen greeted us at the front desk. She had our paperwork ready to verify and sign. The check in process was easy and seamless.
Dr. Kaitlyn was pleasant and professional. She explained what to expect. After we completed our tests, she explained the results and what the next steps would be. Dr. Kaitlyn answered all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed. She wasn’t pushy with products.
We would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and people! My hearing loss is complicated and I was somewhat nervous to go to my appointment. Daryl who works at the front counter immediately put me at ease with her bright smile and welcoming spirit. I was taken back to see Dr Kaitlyn at my exact appointment time. I found Dr. Kaitlyn to be both professional and patient. She did hearing tests on me and explained it all in a manner I could understand. She has eight years of higher education and knows her stuff! She set me up with a hearing aid that has been life changing. I have a bit of trouble cleaning my hearing aid because of poor eyesight and stopped in to see if it could be cleaned by them and Daryl practically dropped what she was doing to clean it for me. I cannot say enough positive things about this place and these people. Don't put off a visit with these people it can change your life for the better.

The whole experience at Hearing Solutions was friendly and professional. The doctor and staff did everything they could to make me comfortable, while resolving my hearing issues. I highly recommend their services.

My hearing aid wasn't working, and I took it in to them, turns out it just needed a deep cleaning. Even though I'd gotten my hearing aid elsewhere, they fixed it free of charge!

I would recommend this office and their services as far superior to any other place I have ever been. Ryan is a wonderful audiologist. Got my hearing aids cleaned, Ryan gave me a current hearing test and then adjusted my hearing aids. He spent time with my husband and myself and never once tried to hurry us along or pressure us in any way. The girls in the office treat you like family. As far as I am concerned this is the only place to go.

Dr. Sorensen is awesome. Very knowledgeable, and so nice. I went here for custom fittings for in-ear monitors for singing in my church Praise Band. If you are a musician, this is a great place to go for fittings. And the staff at this Zionsville location is also very welcoming and nice. Highly recommend.

I was in search for a new audiologist when my former one retired. I drove by Hearing Solutions in Indiana and I was welcomed very warmly. Dr. Ryan is such a NICE guy! I had issues with my current hearing aid, and he fixed it on the spot. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient as he listened to my concerns about hearing aids. I am definitely going back to him for any future needs!!

Wonderful folks at Zionsville location. Dr Ryan is very friendly and extremely professional. He really knows his trade and profession. Office staff very helpful and prompt with notifications. Very pleased with overall service experience and follow-up. They all go out of their way to help and make sure I am completely satisfied.

The entire staff at the new Anson location of Indiana Hearing is fantastic. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and spent considerable time with Dr. Ryan who learned of my personal needs. I left with some demo hearing aids and received quite personalized service. I was hesitant to get started but felt welcome and appreciated the personal attention. Highly recommend them for their attention to detail.

We're so glad we bought our hearing aids here. The hearing aids are great, and the people are friendly. I can adjust each hearing aid remotely with my phone AND with that app I can also FIND them if they fall out.

This was a very helpful visit to learn about tinnitus and ways to manage it. It was also a relief to learn that my hearing is good. I would highly recommend this group in Whitestown/Zionsville if you have any hearing concerns.
