Lowe's is whatever, but what made this experience really stand out is service by Cristian. Not only did he not make fun of us for not seeing what we needed, but he went above and beyond, helping us find what we really needed, listening to our problem, and adding his own personal knowledge of cars. 10/10 best encounter with an employee I've had in a long time - felt like talking with an old friend. Can we get this man a raise and a YouTube channel?

Chrissy at your Zionsville Indiana store is WONDERFUL. We outfitted an entire new home with window shades and she was expert, professional, and fun to work with as she custom-cut them all. 💪🌟❗

We had our paint color matched for our mailbox post and the paint person helped by explaining the choices/levels of exterior finish.
During the painting process we found the paint goes on super smooth making it go quickly. Other than getting it in all the places it needed to go, it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend this type of exterior finish. Valspar Duramax Paint and Primer, in satin, for a little bit of shine to give it life. Last time we used matte but it always looked old, dirty, and lifeless.
The mailbox post is beautiful! Now everyone else should paint theirs!

I'm not sure if this is a review for the zionsville store or the Michigan Road store because I visit both so frequently. the zionsville store is very clean with very polite staff but the Michigan Road has a better selection but a staff that can't be found no matter how hard you try

The staff in this location have the best customer relations in the world country. Each time i visit its a whole new experience and satisfaction.

I'm at Lowes every week, and different ones around the city. I stopped in at this one to get a few things for a fence project I was working on, and came across this display. The Scarecrow is really Awesome in person as to seeing it online. The band members are really kool, and the are for interior display. You will definitely want to call ahead at your local Lowes, if you're interested in buying one, too see if they have any in-stock. The lady at the customer service desk was nice and helped me locate some.

I bought chocolate mint, jalapeno, strawberry and tomato plants and they are thriving and doing great!

Patty, customer service and Candace paint department are so polite. My husband is prior military and has a disabled. Many people do not see him as a miltary person and only see his disability as a bother. Patty and Candace were the best at helping us today and went out of their way to help us. Candace explained all the paint products we needed. Patty reached out to us when she noticed we were having problems registering our military info on the Lowe's website. She made sure we were registered by personally checking us out and said thank you to my husband for his service. Thank you Lowe's for hiring great people like Patty and Candace.

I have serious pain problems at the moment I call for some brakets he need about 8 and Lafayette was out so on way stuck in a 45 min traffic accident I called to see if they them they were very understanding and they had the 10 ready for me at the at the counter were the contractor pick the big stuff so very short walk for me at this point was a life saver iam disabled so being treated like a human is very important to me most places don't understand this anymore very wonderful gentleman and lady help and was very friendly not sure saying going to a hardware store it was top notch thank you all from the lady who took my call to the man an woman helping me incredible service

A different vendor let me down and in the middle of a project had to come to this Lowes to buy a toilet. The people there were awesome! The assistant manager gave me tips I wouldn't have known. They directed me to the best fit for my needs and stayed in my budget. From the cashiers to the super excited kid who helped me load the large box. Just can't say anything bad about my unexpected stressful trip that ended very pleasantly.

We always have a great experience at Lowe's. Today Carrie came out with us to load our dirt and mulch. The staff at this Lowe's is the best.
On the last visit, MaryBeth, Robert and Colin helped me. I really appreciate people who go out of their way to make shopping easier......ask if you need hp, walk you to the aisle, etc. This Lowe's
has been so good to us.

I've always had good experiences shopping at this Lowe's. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Most important to me is the fact that is store is willing to make things right when something doesn't work as expected or other problems come up with a delivery. This has happened a few times to me with various large purchases (water heater, refrigerator, electric mower), and it's nice to know that if something does go wrong, customer service is focused on making sure customers are satisfied.

john the store manager is superb at his job and a super cool guy. lowes is lucky to have him. refunds to your credit card are lightning fast, I returned some items 7 hours ago and the refund is already pending on my card. amazon doesn't even refund that fast.

We often drive out of the way to shop at this particular store.
They have great employees which is the result of having a great store manager, Jonathan.
The staff is always helpful, and go well beyond to solve a problem you're having.
Staff also appears to work as a Team.
We just don't receive the same treatment at Avon or Brownsburg locations, that why we shop here!!

I go to Lowe's for houseplants. They have a wide selection of very healthy plants that are priced right. They also have a lot of pretty planters and everything needed for plant maintenance.

Always have a great time there! Whenever I'm missing Chicago, it is the place I stop in for a dipped Beef sandwich and an Old Style beer! Great atmosphere and the staff there is top notch!
