The way I was treated today is sad! My son has been going here since he was 3 and today was the last day! There was an incident in the parking lot with me and another patient I go in to let them know what happened and I’m pretty sure I was loud but not irrational, I never spoke to him directly I was speaking to the woman behind the desk he jumps in the conversation and we went back and forth the lady yells at me first and to make it look better she also yells at the guy, I call the police they come do you know that when the police went and asked them what happen they said it was all “her” and the guy was only defending himself! They looked me right in my face in front of the police and LIED! I will be calling my insurance and canceling all appointments going forward so my insurance will not be billed! And I will also be filing a formal complaint with patient relations, and what they don’t know is that I recorded everything for my safety including them and the irate patient!
