JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I came in looking for a specific fabric and they had more options than I even wanted! They sell everything related to fabric and fabric works, and some additional items like beads and a bit of fake flowers but mostly fabrics and materials related to making things with fabric (a la the name haha) fun store to walk around though and see everything.

Staff was great!! I think the young lady that helped us enjoyed talking to my son as much as they enjoyed talking to her. Cashier was also cute and friendly. We will be back for more crafting fun!

The employees are incredibly helpful with finding specific fabrics and items around, or just general questions. The store is huge with a limited number of employees, so one has to be a little patient, but I've never had any issues or complaints here.

My favorite place to be! I only wish it was a bigger store... like a Joann Superstore! Staff are always helpful. When a big sale is happening sometimes the checkout can be a bit slow, but I'm never in a hurry when I make my Joann supply run.

I needed 9 Skeins of yarn of a certain color, as I pulled them off the shelf there were only 6 so I started to put them back. An associate came to me Linda and told me she could order from the warehouse directly and have it sent to the store what I needed. I was so thankful because of this I am able to make the blanket that I wanted. Excellent customer service. Linda M. has helped advise me on Different fabrics, and help me with advice on how to put things together in the past. Great service.

I love going here. The sales are great and so are the people who work here. They have a lot more items than just fabric. I get my beads and other craft supplies that other places don't carry.

If you need supplies for sewing and or fabric in Champaign-Urbana you will need this store. It's big and very well stocked. I'm a bit worried they are putting more emphasis on crafts. But so far you can still buy 100 types of buttons, and 25 kinds of scissors Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not overly friendly, but not to a degree that you fell unwelcome.

Helpful and friendly staff. My first time at a fabric store for headliner material. The only width they keep in stock is 54". My old Tahoe requires at least 60" wide material. They were very helpful and didn't give me any grief when I returned it. I'm surprised they don't get enough requests for wider material. They told me they didn't even have a way to special order wider stuff.

The staff there were very helpful and so nice. I found exactly what I'd been looking for except it was on clearance! My daughter had the app which also gave a great discount on the other items I needed.

When ever I go, I am able to find what I need. The workers are friendly and helpful. I love the sales and they sale items for all occasions.

Great location. I’m always able to find everything I need, and everyone is always helpful. It’s kind of on the smaller side, but it’s to be expected, and it’s clean and organized.

I always find what I'm looking for and today I lost my work badge in the store and was thrilled that they found it and kept it at the register for me. A great team works here in the Champaign store.

Pretty addicted to these stores 😂 If you have children it's a great place for crafts and supplies and if you are into jewelry there's so many options for jewelry making & paper supplies for scrap booking actually has a lot of useful items for other projects I work on - Not just sewing supplies in this place ! Florals, home decor, fashion tape and nipple covers for fashionistas 👩‍🔧👡👢👗
