Great experience! I was in severe pain and even though I was a new patient, the receptionist worked very hard to ensure that I received treatment as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze me in that SAME day between other appointments. Every staff member and the Dentist were extremely caring, courteous, and professional.

The DDS I seen today was amazing along with her assistant. I have had a bad experience with dentists and they listened to my concerns and they made me feel very comfortable and let me know what my dental plan would be. They also made me feel very comfortable and feel safe. The front desk receptionist was also very friendly, she was very pleasant to deal with and got my next appointment scheduled..

My husband, kids and I have been patients of Dr. Hick at Baytowne Dental Center for many years, and we've always been happy with the professional services there. Dr. Hick is an excellent dentist with a friendly, helpful approach to all dental issues. We trust her completely. Her dental hygienists and staff are also wonderful. My visit was excellent. It was my great grandson’s first dentist visit (3 years old). His experience was great! All who interacted with him provided a comforting and non-threatening environment. The dentist explained the purpose of all dental instruments along with modeling. At the conclusion of his examination, he was rewarded with the selection of a toy from the dentist’s Treasure Box! I believe this first experience has set the stage for a positive relationship for my great grandson and the dentist!

Dr. Hicks is gentle and listened to my concerns. I've had 2 friends tell me she is excellent with taking wisdom teeth out. The hygienist are friendly and also very gentle. Reception desk thinks outside the box to give you the best savings and customer service, and are knowledgeable on Care Credit and savings plans that pretty much pay for themselves your first visit. Overall, a very good experience

The doctor has renewed my faith in dentistry! She is very knowledgeable and down to earth, her personality is warm and reassuring. She takes the time to make sure I am completely understanding of what is needed and why. The staff as a whole has been fantastic and makes you feel like family.

Wonderful team at this dental office! They were welcoming and professional and did some incredible artwork on my cracked tooth which now looks like a million bucks. Highly recommend visiting them!

Excellent positive attitudes. Always takes time to listen; truly concerned for your comfort. Warm comfortable waiting room, but the exam rooms are great... good room move, TV to distract, you're allowed to use earphones for own music/book.

I need pre-med to get dental work done and have for 10 years. This is the only dental service I have been to that calls me ahead of time to assure that prescription is ordered. I have always had to remember it myself anywhere else in three different states. The prices, service, expertise, concern for excellence is here!! Cleaning, exam, dental procedures excellent beyond any other.

Esp on my most recent visit, despite the nerve wrecking state of the pandemic, I was able to safely receive the care I needed. I felt safe, and they were well prepared.

The ladies are very caring. Dr. Hick is smooth. Only dentist that has been able to give me crowns and fillings without the use of pain meds. (My choice not hers) other dentists started out without pain med but ended up having to get it. My kids enjoyed their trips to the dentist too.

I have gone to Baytowne Dental for years. They are very professional and yet friendly and welcoming. I love my hygienist Amber. She does a great job and I enjoy seeing her every 6 months.

Assistants and doctor was very accommodating considering I'm a difficult hard to numb patient. They were patience in efforts to make procedure comfortable.
