I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience I had. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. I have an extremely hard mouth to fit teeth. They took the time until it was right (no rush) the lab was outstanding was patient they to made sure it was right Edith

Tye was amazing! I was very nervous coming into my appointment, but she was kind and reassuring! The Dr was also very nice and talked me through everything he was going to do. He was cracking jokes, which made me feel a lot calmer about everything.

The energy at Aspen was wonderful the moment I came in as a new patient. The staff was laughing and interacting together in a refreshing way. My appointment as a new patient was flawless in the flow and timing. So happy I chose to start and continue my dental care there!

Saw my son on an emergency walk in ,and were absolutely excellent with taking care of his needs. Staff was all amazing and treated us with kindness and compassion. Highly recommend them. Thank you for the help! We are VERY appreciative.

They got me in asap! Friendly doctor and staff! Very caring and took good care of me! I needed a tooth pulled I called and I got an appointment less then 24hours! I was a new patient! With or without dental insurance they were willing to work on the price with me and the pay was reasonable! I would definitely go to Aspen dental! They really care about you!

OMG, I had problem with my original dentist. I am down to 7 days before I catch a flight to the DR and needed my teeth work done. Panicking and upset, I gave Aspen a call on 04/16 and they had me an appointment that day. They were very friendly, optimstic, committed, consistent, understanding, knowledgeable and professional, Aspen went above and beyond to make sure I would have that smile by the 4/22. I would highly recommend Aspen!!

This is a top-notch, first rate dental office. The level of professionalism, expertise and efficiency was superb. They are friendly and make the experience as pleasant as possible. I would give a zillion stars if I could. Highly recommended!

The dentist explained the x-ray data and what I needed in a clear manner. She also helped me understand the methodology behind determining gum health. The assistant and x-ray tech were both great.

From the girl at the front desk, to the girl who did my Xrays, Abby, kierra, my dental assistat, Dr. Phillips himself and Leslie, the office mananger. They were all so nice and pleasant to work with!

The people at the front desk were so professional and nice. They were willing to help with every issue and did it efficiently. This also happened through the building. From the X-RAYS to the consultation and treatment plan everyone gets a 10/10. I can't wait to go back. These people actually care about you and your oral health. I was embarrassed about mine but they never said anything mean. They only told me how we were going to fix the problems. I will be back.

always being afraid of the Dentist and only going there under extreme circumstances, I went to Aspen Dentals in Champaign Illinois and to my surprise, I encountered a Staff that working so well together. what a great culture they have. My fear disappeared. All I needed was the right Dental Office.

That got me in very quickly. I had lost a filling went in 11-22-23. Got treatment and set up for next Monday to get the crown started. Wonderful staff, and friendly. They are now my best dentist to go to.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Champaign IL. Everyone was so kind and helpful and very accommodating. Even stayed late to do my needed procedure! I'm forever grateful!

The attention to detail and the level of concern for my well-being was overwhelming. I can't thank the Dr and his team enough for their compassion and empathy.

I made it through the procedure, as I knew I would, but at each critical point the Dr stopped to reassure me that all was well and going as planned before proceeding.

I was in horrible pain with a broken tooth, I had appointment at a different aspen location and they cancelled my appointment due to staff being ill. I contacted the Champaign office and they got me in the same day. ALL staff was so nice and friendly, I highly recommend them. Thank you again Aspen Dental!

10 stars! Great experience from the initial phone call, reception, getting X-rays, cleaning and the final consultation. Everyone in the Champaign office goes above and beyond!

Champaign aspen was so helpful. They are very well mannered. Terre haute did not do so well through the whole process of teeth removal and making dentures. Champaign fixed everything without a problem or gripe. I recommend champaign aspen by far! A++
