JCPenney always has a great selection of clothing, shoes and other accessories. The home and lifestyle section is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. They have a wide selection of jewelry, although I've never purchased any of those items. If you watch for the sales you can get some good discounts.

Last minute suit shopping for an event at the Roostertail for my husband was great. Wonderful selection!

Fave store and get 30% off with my credit card, even on sale items. Just bought tons of after Xmas needed clothes

Shopping around for a mattress. We've found what we were looking for thanks to April, the sales rep. She was so attentive and knowledgeable as to help us find the right mattress and good discounts.

You can find some good deals at the Backstage. They really expanded the Backstage too, so the selection is much greater. Worth checking it out next time you go to JC PENNEYS.

Westland and any store I go has great services and love the clothes selection the shoe department my favorite. Shopping is back

Better selection, over Kohl's;, button down dress shirts, mid level manager clothes. Good selection of shirts, ties, sport coats, two piece suits and shoes.

Honestly got some of the CUTEST shirts. Rugrats, cat dog, hey Arnold. My theme for the Summer is 90's! I love it, and they have great clearance items as well! It's more then just clothes too!

Was super happy to find a cute dress for a 30yr class reunion!!! Same day purchase of course lol. Not looking forward to the holidays here though the lines were already crazy!!!

Went in to have more puppy pictures taken. (dog #2, couldn't handle both at once lol) They came out beautiful!!! Staff was awesome. Highly recommended this studio for pictures.
Update: couldn't backtrack to put in review for dog #1 so adding pics (done by different photographers so you know they've got more than one good one!!!)

I haven't been to JCpenny's in over 30yrs, I was delighted with there large selection of stylish men's clothing. I was able to find 2 pair of slacks and a pair of leather gloves. I highly recommend this department store!

Great photographer! This is a one woman show! She does everything! I mean EVERYTHING! She get paid for each of the four jobs she does. Receptionist/Greeter, cashier, photographer, custodian, security, etc.
She did a Beautiful job on my daughter's birthday pictures! She did not rush us, nor did she do a half-a$$ job even though she was under A LOT of pressure, i.e. phone call, customers arriving, kids running around...all at the same time,! Great job, lady!🦋

Nice sale on shoes n boots

Great deals on clothing for all ages, this has been a really good store to come back to for stuff that fits well, looks decent and doesn’t come with a hefty price tag. Lines can get a bit long at checkout depending on the time of day, but all in all that hasn’t been bad. Staff in the suit/tuxedo wear department has been very helpful and friendly, and takes the time to help you find something that is comfortable, stylish and in your budget. Used to get family Christmas photos taken here too, not sure if they still offer that service but that always went well back when we got them!

Got my daughter and wife clothes and shoes yesterday. Selection of spring sleepwear and spring clothes and shorts all are pretty good. One of the spring pj's is in the photo. Super soft, says she loves them. Wife got sketchers. Real nice pair. We will be back. Have a ton of nice spring dresses and I got a shirt as well. Everyone real helpful. We will be back.
