This is a nice, local book store with new & used. Great selection and prices. Very personable owner really knows his stuff. Definitely a new favorite.

Stumbled upon Frugal Muse today and I was blown away by the size of the store! The selection was amazing and filled with books that I’ve been searching for some time. The owner was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Frugal Muse is now a must stop by when I’m in the area!

The owner is very pleasant and accommodating with all your needs. If they don't have it in stock, they are able to order it, at a 20% discount compared to other places, and it comes into the store for pick up, very quickly. This store is also equipped with so much inventory, that is a joy to browse! Treat yourself to a great experience, visiting this store. It is a real gem! This place is amazing. I've been coming here for years! I have many fond memories of visiting here with my friends when we were younger, and it has not lost its charm since then. Reasonable prices on books. A great spot to find older or used books. You never know what you will find here! They also sell music, movies, and graphic novels. Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Service has always been friendly. Good selection of kid's books. Both the non fiction and fiction areas are large. This is definitely one of those spots the locals know about.

It's a great bookstore in the burbs, what can I say.... We meandered in as a family & everyone found something they liked & bought something to take home. Seems like they do a great job curating their selections. Prices very reasonable, I thought.
Lots of CDs & even cassette tapes. They have authors coming by occasionally to do readings/meet fans. The staff was polite & helpful. 👍👍

Expansive selection. I found a copy of my favorite childhood book and the price was great. Checkout was simple and quick. A bookworm’s heaven!

Never was in there, just called looking for a specific cookbook. They were very accommodating, and checked, but didn't have it in stock. They get new gently used books in all the time, so I will call them back in a month or so.

Frugal Muse has been a staple in the community. They are an amazing store that resells books, movies, and music. I actually struggle every time I pass to not rush in to grab something. The employees are always very nice and super helpful. I have been in the store many times sinse I opened and have always had a wonderful experience.

My daughter and I have been coming to Frugals since she was a baby, over 25 years now. The owner is very nice. They often have book signings as well. The ambiance of the store is very cozy.

Excellent selection of used books to browse that any lover of reading will enjoy wandering around. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and their prices are very fair especially considering the bar for quality they appear to stick to for their used offerings. You won't find books in tatters falling apart there. Rather everything I see seems to be gently used with the typical signs of wear you'd expect on any older used paper backs that you'd gladly add to your collection without hesitation. Go and check them out! They also do excellent value for trade-ins if you are looking to swap or unload some of the books you have.

We haven't been to Frugal in the longest time- even before the pandemic. The bookstore still has its cozy and welcoming feel all these years later. The selection is pretty great and for a used bookstore, they try really hard to organize their stock. If you're a millennial who briefly wants to touch and sort through cds and cassette tapes from your childhood, stop on by and then leave weepy eyed.
