Kohl's

Management and the associates are very friendly and make you feel important I want that in a store. I was recently helped with some boots for my son that I needed a price on never once did the manager ever make me feel like my question wasn't important so it was very appreciated

I stopped in for a few items and I saw a jacket/coat that I really liked, unfortunately the store was out of 2X. I approached Nancy and asked her if there were any more in the back. Nancy immediately checked her inventory, but didn't show any available. Nancy then checked the sister stores and with help from Ann Marie (Store Mgr) she was able to locate a couple coats near by.
Nancy called the store in Hodgkins IL to verify availability. I asked Nancy if the store could hold the coat for me, she then requested the store to hold the coat and asked the associate again if it was a 2X.
Nancy is a awesome!

Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.

The Woodridge Kohls store rocks! One of the best put together stores, a must-visit! In particular, above-and-beyond associates Rose and Rita really made our shopping experience terrific. Management and employees in general are so friendly and helpful.

Tis the season to shop at Kohls! What beautiful holiday decorations, gift ideas for friends and family of all ages! Customer service is always very helpful and friendly. This is the absolute best time to shop while the weather is permitting. No hassle with your bags but a plethora of wonderful things to take home!!! Hurry and get there before all the best is all gone!

I was very surprised 😮 to see this store well stocked & clean & plenty of registers/Cashiers open on Christmas Eve ! Can someone please help the store in the Irving Park Mall? It's a mess & none of the associates know were anything is located on the sales floor.

Good deals here. Love the clothing departments, the bathrooms were nice and clean. Good location to go to.

My previous experience in the store was not a pleasant visit. I had to inform management, that I didn't appreciate being followed around the store by security. However this time I was able to shop free like everyone else. Thank you for listening to customer concerns...

I stopped by to return an Amazon item and ended up finding some gifts that I was looking for. A BIG SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to Abby who was so helpful in getting me the correct sized T-shirt from the mannequin! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work, Kohl’s!!

The Kohl's store on 75th was very clean. I found everything that I was looking for. The Associate King at checkout was very helpful and patient.

The appearance of the store really impressed myself and my best friend, she was a manager at home goods a noticed how very organized and clean this particular Kohls was, it looked like a different store completely

I've been coming here for many years. Love to see that they now have a Sephora. Love that Kohl's has drastically improved their selection and variety of items. I usually have good luck finding shoes in my size and style here. There are some great deals on clearance items to be found. Clean store and clean bathrooms. Wait times at checkouts are usually okay but it can get very busy. Never had an issue at the returns desk. Always plenty of parking. Will definitely return here.

Kohls is a great place to shop. I love all the savings I get with different coupons.
