I took my two year old in for his first dentist apt. Lauren was so patient and kind with him. We both left happy and proud! Could not have asked for a better first apt.! Thank you!

Appearance/atmosphere very pleasant. The aroma pleasing infact I asked what scent it was. Front desk staff always super friendly and greeted right away when entering. Donna is so professional and personable. She kept me informed as she worked on cleaning my teeth while attentive of need of breaks. Dr was nice and personable as well. All in all my experience was wonderful. All except for all the reminders that I recd-maybe those could be limited to one method for when forms are filled out and it’s confirmed no more reminders to be sent

I am a person that gets anxiety anytime I go to the dentist other than my cleanings. I needed a tooth extracted and didn't even want to get numbed because of the topical that normally drains down my throat and makes my tongue feel fuzzy and weird . I hate that ! Well Dr. Sean and his assistant Josie made me feel more relaxed than I ever have been. Dr. Sean is awesome and Josie is just amazing in my opinion. 👍👍👏👏 Thank you so much.

Dental hygienist did a wonderful job on semi annual check up I believe her name was Lauren.
Also had Dr. Sean perform some tissue removal on my front teeth as my gums had swollen to the point of being inflamed and ascetically unappealing. Results were better than expected and appreciate his skills as a dentist. Overall love home town dental and would refer anyone to use your services. Very professional and modern facility. love the “home town” vibe.

I have a true fear of going to the dentist. I started having an issue with a tooth. Someone said Smalltown Dental is a wonderful place with caring people. I took that chance and that was the absolute truth!! Dr Sean and his dental assistant, Josie, went above and beyond!! Very caring, walked me through every step and made certain that I wasn’t in any pain nor any discomfort. I will be back and I will tell people about this dental practice!! Thank you so much!

Joanna, hygienist is so awesome! Everyone is so friendly. They have good communication about what insurance will cover and not cover. Minimal wait time if any. The Dentists themselves are thorough and take their time to talk with you about your care plan.

The whole staff is awesome. Dr Sean always makes sure that I am informed about what’s going to happen. I feel comfortable going to him even though my teeth are in bad shape. He has always done great work on my teeth and he’s super nice too. I would highly recommend him to anyone, but especially to anyone who may be embarrassed about the state of their teeth, because he has never made me feel self conscious about them. He always just comes up with the best treatment plan and makes sure I’m informed every step of the way!!
Also, Kia is awesome. I have been coming here for over 10 years and she always remembers me and makes me feel better!

Amazing. No wait had a lot of work done. No pain what so ever. Very friendly staff from when you walk in till you leave. Highly recommend this facility and Dr Pete Smidt is my dentist

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr Shawn was so kind and very professional. His office staff was very helpful, kind and professional as well. They got me in next day for a tooth emergency and I was not even a patient. I will be now though. Thank you for helping my mouth feel better.

I am 60 years old and have never had anything wrong with my teeth, not even a cavity. Now I'm having some serious problems with my teeth that will involve extractions and Lord only knows what else. I went for my consultation and they were extremely calming, repeating as often as necessary what was needed to be done to get my teeth back to healthy. The entire team from the Dentist on to his supporting staff were truly professional and eased my discomfort. Even though I'm going to be a cash pay client, I'd rather go here than go to my insurance covered options, which are horrible ! >I never thought I'd say this but I'm looking forward to working with Smalltown Dental. Cash pay and the lot, it's worth it!!!

Update: I have had my tooth extracted yesterday and what a new experience it was for me! However, the entire staff, especially ( I beg pardon for my lack of names of which I'm horrible with!) The young dentist (Dr. Sean?) , his assistant and "the shadow " student of which she was kind enough to let me hold her hand!! It doesn't really matter to name names because everyone who works there is exceptionally wonderful! From the reception to the dentist and everyone in between!!! It truly feels like a small town type of place as soon as you walk in. They ALL remembered things about me that may not have been in my chart, now in today's world when customer service is rapidly declining into a black cloud of wanting and almost abuse of it's clientele, this place is the exact opposite! Smiling faces all around like they were waiting just for you! Beautiful sunshine of an aura fills the place....it's your welfare that is first and foremost as soon as you enter until you leave, and even after as they make sure you know how to contact them. My first dental procedure was a breeze and I don't think that's everyone's experience, I know it's not from hearing stories for about 50 years of my life....so I give credit where credit is due, they're very skilled at dentistry and human kindness of which goes a long way. I could go on and on, I'll bet you believe me too, lol.... but heed my many words so far....this is the place to go for your teeth needs and also if you crave good old fashioned care, empathy and humanity. You remember that don't you? How the world used to be before the last couple generations ruined it and then the pandemic REALLY threw it out of the window. I'm a self pay but government income (poor person, lol) for life! That's how impressive and important it is to me! Go here, you won't be sorry!!! Tell them Mrs. Bartley's review sent you....XXOO

One of my implants started to become loose. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Karen and she fixed my right up short order. Thank you, Dr. Karen.

Dr. Shaun and Josie extracted 12 more teeth getting me ready for dentures. They made it painless. It was a very good experience. Thanks for doing such a great job.

My dental hygienist is always thorough, kind and super friendly. She keeps a great conversation and a welcoming aura every time I come. She even remembered me talking about my son before he was born. The dentist I saw was also very friendly. Staff upfront (receptionists) are well kept and very professional. I recommend this place to anyone who is able to go. You’ll be glad you did.

Dr. Susan is amazing. She is very gentle and tells you what she is doing. She even called me later in the evening to check on me. That was a great surprise! Amber is a great dental assistant. She was very patient, answered all my questions and explained everything very well. The costs were reviewed with me beforehand and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I was expecting it to be a lot more! The lady who checked me out, I didn’t get her name, was also very kind and friendly. I am so happy my friend recommended this practice to me.

The girls at the front desk were very courteous all had a smile on their face I can't remember the girl that actually took me back she was awesome she did x-rays check my teeth out and also cleaned my teeth and they looked and felt right she did an excellent job and Dr Molly she was awesome also she looked at everything while I was there made sure everything was okay and said she couldn't wait to see me in 6 months plus two they gave a goody bag that had some good goodies in it thank you so much you guys did a excellent job definitely can't wait to see you in 6 months

I got the crown for my first dental implant yesterday and Dr. Pete installed it quickly and painlessly. It was a very good experience.

You have got to make this your new dentist!! They don’t just tell you that you need a ton of work done for no reason. They truly want to do what’s best for the patient, which is so refreshing! I highly recommend this place!

I was in a broken man with a smile only a mother could love. Fearing animal control would accidently pick me up, they quickly took me in. Now maybe i got too much novicane, or maybe i didnt get enough, but I felt like I was in the presence light saber weilding jedi as they went to battle in the hellscape of my mouth.

Thanks to Smalltown Dental, my wife started wearing her wedding ring in public, and my dog started to recognizing me again.

Each employee treated me efficiently and professionally. Everything was explained clearly to me before being done. I felt important to the office and not just a number.
