My husband started having bad headaches everyday for a while. Dr. Springer told him to take ibuprofen and sent him home without even a test or scan. Now my husband has been released from the ER and has some kind of blockage in his intestines and guess who wont see him for 3 weeks. Thats right HIS FAMILY DOCTOR Dr.Springer. So guess whos making a bunch of calls to make sure this is investigated, thats right! Me. The wife.

Very behind on modern medical practices and listened more to my boyfriend than he ever did to me, the patient. I suffer from a couple serious, chronic conditions and he went through a full mental evaluation and focused on depression I had years ago instead of helping me. He seemed convinced that I was just “depressed” (which wouldn’t be possible with my symptoms) and was trying to get confirmation on that through my boyfriend. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye. He treated me like I didn’t matter, and that is the exact opposite of a doctor’s job. If you ever feel belittled by your doctor, find a new one. Leaving this guy’s practice for the one in Morton was the best decision I’ve ever made.
