This store is EXCELLENT! We were promised the world to switch three lines from a competitor when we called the mothership's 800-number but then they let us down on follow-through. The great people in this store (I'll mention Nolan and Mike specifically, but there were others that helped) rescued the deal by making sure all three lines came over and that most of what was promised was delivered. We had the added difficulty of having one family member in school in Connecticut which they navigated and saw through to the end. I would highly recommend coming into THIS store if you want to make a deal with T-Mobile. We were ready to walk away until we met them. Many thanks to the Marginal Way team at T-Mobile!

The staff at this T-Mobile store were excellent. We reluctantly needed to get new phones and a new carrier. They were extremely patient and helpful in assisting us select new phones and transferring from our old carrier as well as also transferring data to our new phones. Both Filsan and Zoe were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a new carrier or phone.

I switched mobile carriers and joined a pre-existing plan at T-mobile. Nolan couldn’t have made the switch any easier. He went above and beyond in ensuring my saved voicemails made it over and was even kind enough to clean my phone as it was filthy. Give this man a raise.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store manager, Mike Brown, made switching carriers and upgrading phones easy and seamless. I was contacted today by a manager Mike Brown over at a T-Mobile store in Maine, Portland, Marginal Way.

Mike “the store manager” asked me if I was currently in the store of his employment, purchasing some phones? Knowing I’m in a whole different state, my quick response was no, I’m at home in my office.

Mike said ok, and told me he’d call me right back.

About 15-20 minutes later, Mike calls back.
He proceeded to tell me that a customer was just in the store with a FAKE ID, with my information on it. YIKES!!

Thank goodness for Mike being the amazing manager and outstanding employee that he is. I was saved a huge hassle today. And avoided having fraud on my account. Thanks to Mike Brown.

Mike the manager was very helpful during the multiple times I visited the store before switching to T-Mobile. There was a mixup on the corporate end regarding the amount that should have been credited to my account, and when I called to see if Mike could help, he was able to resolve the problem quickly. I really like how T-Mobile customer service is based out of your home state, so I’m always speaking to live people in my state. Very happy so far! I have been thinking about switching to T-Mobile for awhile. I finally picked up the phone and called Isaac at the T-Mobile at 29 Marginal Way in Portland. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. After our conversation, I went to the store and was a T-Mobile customer in 30 minutes due to Isaac. He explained everything so well and did not overwhelm me. I would highly recommend Isaac and T-Mobile! I also saved 35.00/month! 👍

Fantastic experience leaving ATT and going to T Mobile today. My husband and I dealt with Isaac, who HANDS DOWN is the best customer service person we’ve ever dealt with. Not only was he kind, attentive and entertaining during a long-ish wait, but spent his time multitasking and helping his coworkers as well. 10/10 recommend dealing with him!

Probably the easiest and best service experience in the cellular industry. The professional team of both Mike Brown and Issac M should be commended 20 fold!!! Not only would I recommend T-Mobile but the entire staff at this superbly run venue!!!!

Mike Brown, the store manager just saved me a trip to the store (in a blizzard!) and tons of money, explaining why the IPHONE 13 Pro Max was the right phone for me, as I was going to buy another model. We just switched from Xfinity to T Mobile. It was a process with Xfinity getting the correct PIN numbers. After more than 3 hours Kai made it happen!
Kai was amazing at getting this complete and because of Kai and manager Mike we are definitely T Mobile customer through this store for life!!!
