Steve was a great representative. He’s helped me tremendously with all the issues I had with my service. He took his time and explained all the ins and out of my service. I would definitely come back to see him. This management staff is a great example of how a store should be managed. Thanks!!!

Clean store and very helpful. I was looking for some answers to a problem with my phone. Steve introduced himself and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me with questions then onto Chris another great guy who took the the time too to help me in my dilemma. He connected me to Al from the claim center. I was referred to them by Edwin from the little falls store because they have technicians in clifton who could assess my phones needs. so glad I met with some phenomenal gentleman!

Time is money and my man Alejandro treated me like family. Great attitude, exceptional customer service and knows his stuff. He was able to walk me through a process in 10 minutes. Amazing EXPIRIENCE, Roger was amazing. After visiting Atnt in little falls and being treated unfairly I was fortunate enough of meeting Roger. I went in this afternoon on my lunch break because my iPhone 13PM wasn’t turning on even with hard resets. In December, I shattered the back of it pretty bad with a case on it.
I stated I had the insurance on my phone, so I sat down with one of the guys and ordered a new one. Immediately after ordering the new one, another guy did a hard reset WHILE the phone was plugged in and got it turned on! He told me due to the humidity and going from hot to cold, water can actually get inside without exposure and will likely fry my phone.
At least I have my phone until the new one comes!

Walked in having a pretty rough day, expecting a 1+hr process, then Alejandro being as polite as he was had me out of the store in maybe 5 minutes. Just want to put it out there, being nice really does go a long way sometimes!

When I went there I was greeted the second I walked in. A employee by the name of Joey said how can I help you. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but I didn’t have the next up program but Joey found a solution! He was able to get me the new iPhone 14 for free with the art trade in promotion. All I had to do was to pay off the the phone I previously had which was 65$. He recommended I get a usb-c charger because the new ones don’t come with one, and a case and screen protector. He gave me the buy 2 get one free promotion along with 40% off and put the screen protector on for me in store. Other AT&T’s have me issues but this one helped me 100%! I recommend Joey to anyone new!

I came to this location as they were the only one with the S22 in stock. I was helped by Angel and Marvin who were very professional and knowledgeable and also offered me promotions I was eligible for. I came out with more than I intended. They were extremely helpful and am grateful for them.
