Stopped by the store this past Saturday to pick up a jacket I had ordered for my Mom. Was my first time at this location. I am familiar with Chico's, yet have not spent much time in these stores, as I didn't know if I liked their clothing. The women at the Promenade Shops at Clifton, NJ location were so kind, friendly, helpful! Fantastic customer service! One woman showed me in person the jacket which I had ordered for my Mom, and it is beautiful! I ended up ordering an outer coat and turtleneck sweater for my Mom. And a wonderful sales representative showed me a new sweater which was beautiful, and would also look great on my Mom! Had a wonderful experience at this location, and look forward to going back again in the future to look for future gifts for my Mom! Thank to all at the Promenade Shops at Clifton Chico's store this past Saturday, for being so kind, friendly, and helpful! Warmly, Kyle

Vicki, the manager, helped me today, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ 💕 💘!!! Vicki knows her stuff, and she's a walking advertisement for Chico's! I'm definitely coming back to this store and hope that Vicki will be working there for a long time!!!

My father and I just had such an enjoyable experience shopping with Janine today at Chico’s in Clifton. She was knowledgeable of the inventory and offered me great options in the styles I was looking for. My senior father and I were shopping for my Mother for Christmas. Janine, as well as both other employees whose names I didn’t catch unfortunately, were so patient with my Dad, friendly and laughed with us- it was a great time! They helped so much and we love all that we bought. 10/10 experience!!

Top notch staff extremely willing to assist you with no pressure. Easy exchange policy. Busy shopping mall, morning is best, however they open at 11am. On the pricey side..look for sales and become a member for additional savings. Sizes are completely different than other US stores. They cater to small sizes so be sure to try on. Look up size chart online prior to purchasing gifts!

The best place to shop for chic ladies clothing. They not only have the cutest clothing but the associates who works at Chicos boutique are the best. Every Chicos boutiques I have visited treated me the same. Very helpful and are willing to give you suggestions if you need their help. Nice and clean and their changing room are clean and neat with a mirror so you can see how it fits you. Lovely store.

Pricey, but quality clothing that lasts forever and fits great. I do all my shopping here now. For work, casual, hanging out, etc. Staff is fantastic. Will help you put together outfits and give honest opinions.

Great staff friendly service.. I took a friend she found nice items on clearance as well as regular ones. The store is very stylish in a chic strip in CLIFTON N.J.
