Gripz Gym

We attended an open gym for my daughter on Saturday at 10am for the first time. I am so pleased with how well the open gym was run and how kind not only the workers but attendees and parents were as well! There was 15 kids and three instructors. They made sure to give clear direction to all kids in a kind tone and taught them different course obstacles and then let them all try. After that the kids were allowed to use whatever was "open" while the instructors helped guide them. At the end, they played group dodgeball. The 2 hours was plenty of time and my daughter loved it.

Took my boys to the kids open gym time on Saturdays and they loved it! The instructors were encouraging and fun and the facilities were perfect for a full ninja warrior experience. Highly recommended!

We had a birthday party with 14 seven year old boys and it was amazing! It was well run, organized and kept the boys engaged and focused! The boys were sweaty and tired at the end of the 90 minute session! The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We travelled 40 minutes for this party and would do it again!

I love Gripz gym! My son has A.D.H.D. By the time we get to Gripz his medication is wearing off. The coaches encourage him and help keep him focused on the task at hand. They make it fun for him and the other kids. Since we've joined Gripz my child has made incredible progress with his focus, coordination and working with others as a team! I highly recommend Gripz Gym.

We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday with 6 of her closest friends. Everyone had a blast, including all the parents.

I'd give 10 stars if they let me. Super clean facilities that is constantly changing. An excellent team of friendly, well trained coaches. Very reasonable pricing & super accommodating. Plus flexible schedules. Win-win for all 3 kids, which seldom happens.

We were at an 80's themed wnl competition hosted by Gripz this weekend. They did an amazing job running the event! We loved the attention to detail of the 80's theme.

Really impressed with this place. Love that they give the kids mini goals to work towards on their way to learning the equipment - really encourages growth mindset, which can be tough for kids. Also, the owner or whomever does their communications is very friendly and accommodating. Just wish it were closer to our home :-)

I love this place, this place is amazing. As soon as I walked into gripz gym I felt welcomed. Dave trains me and Dave is amazing. Dave really knows what he’s doing when it comes to training and nutrition. I’ve been training with Dave for a couple of months and I already feel that I came so far, got stronger, and my technique got a lot better. He trained me for the tough mudder which I easily knocked out thanks to Dave, and now I will continue to go to him because I want to get better technique. I highly recommend gripz gym they’re great people.

Great ninja gym. The staff are all amazing and so are the owners. The open gyms, classes and competitions have all been a lot of fun!

Came here for the first time for their kids (structured) open gym. Great staff and well organized gym. The staff were friendly, encouraging and hands-on. Kids had a great time! Definitely recommend.

Gripz has been wonderful for our family. My kids have been going for a couple of years. We drive 45 minutes each way to get there because it is so worth it. Let that sink in. An hour and a half in the car with kids several days a week. Worth. The. Drive. The coaches are helpful and encouraging to all of the kids. I like how the open gym is structured and not chaotic with kids running around by themselves. There are are several obstacles/stations open to choose from at a time to ensure a coach is present and assisting. My kids love that they can choose. Every class or open gym is different and my kids love the variety. Definitely recommend.

This is a great gym! The Staff was all awesome as well. We went to a skills WNL competition they hosted here and we were very pleased! Comp ran on time for the most part and everything went smoothly! We will deff be back for upcoming comps this gym will be hosting!

Love love love Gripz!! My son is obsessed and wants to go every day! All of the coaches are wonderful! The owners are super nice, too! They change up the courses for both adults and kids. Never boring. It always leaves my son begging for more time! Such a great and fun place!

Gripz gym is awesome! Fantastic set up. Clean, friendly environment. Great for families and individuals. Many different obstacles. We went with a large group of teens who loved it! Therese and Ryan worked with our group and helped show us the obstacles. Everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gym!

Went to a parent & kid ninja night. My son loved it so much he joined their Ninja Team. Our experience has been wonderful. The owner and staff are so friendly and encouraging. They know how to push you in a positive way, to make you give your workout everything you've got. And knowing that health is more than just working out, I love that Dave challenges my son to eat healthier. My son has thrived there (both physically & his self-esteem) in just a few months.

To say that we love this place is a huge understatement! The coaches are all so positive and encouraging, always looking out for the athletes' health and safety. Just like the sport of ninja, every visit is even better than the last! We appreciate you guys and keep up the great work!!!!

Awesome experience. If you like rock climbing, parkour, or any other sport that makes your blood pump. Gripz will raise your expectations of what a good workout is.

I took my fifth grade den of Cub Scouts here for our very last den meeting. We had the scouts, younger and older siblings, and some adults that attended the two-hour session. Everyone had an amazing time. The staff was fantastic and did an excellent job of coaching the kids through the obstacle course. There was enough variety of challenges to keep a first grader entertained, while leaving a few challenges untouched even by the adults. Awesome place! I would definitely return for another visit.
