Stopped in at Gorno ford last month to buy a used car. Dennis was great at helping me. I did buy a suv, and got a great deal. So last Wednesday I decided to go back and see Dennis, got a truck. I took my f-150 in for recall number: 23S35 and Gorno Service got me in and out in about an hour of my appointment time which was fantastic. The only negative that I noticed was the recall service has not been cleared off my ford pass app. If this doesn't clear out soon, I'll call the service advisor that assisted me to see what he can do.

I have had Jacob both times I have came to get my car serviced. He is amazing. Very perfessional and friendly when there are 2 other dealers in close proximity. Very fast service even with no appointment. Highly recommend. I also work for Ford!

I have a 2024 mustang and she is my baby. Never had a car like this one. I wanted to find someplace I could take my car to be cared for. I decided to take it to Gorno Brothers. I talked with another dealer and to be honest I was not happy or confident after the conversation. Keely and a gentleman ( cannot remember name) checked me in and Gary drove me home. What an excellent experience. I was updated timely, and when I went to pick my car up it was like I had been going there for years. Keely was wonderful! Everyone commented on my car and I am confident they would take care of her like she was their own. Thank you Gorno Bros service department!

I meet Christian James through my brother, who went and got a truck from him a few weeks prior. Very kind, polite young man. Even the other staff was friendly and willing to engage in conversation. The place has a home like vibe and no one made me feel unwelcome or awkward. Christian took his time to find what would work for me and even took time finding as many discounts as he could to help me out. He is very quick to respond when you call or send him a text and that is an amazing thing. I will be going back to Gorno Ford so long as they keep people like Christian around!

I recently purchased a Bronco from Gorno Ford. I worked with Mike Rey, their Ford Performance specialist. This was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. Mike was transparent and communicated quickly the entire time. He made the process not only easy but also enjoyable. Mike clearly has a passion for Ford and Ford Performance that reflects in his work and makes me want to buy more Ford performance vehicles from him. The rest of the team I worked with was great as well, going above and beyond to make purchasing and taking delivery as easy as possible. I have many other Ford dealers much closer to me, but I will definitely be coming back to Gorno for my next vehicle purchase.

My recent experience at Gorno Ford was amazing. When I walked into Gorno Ford, everyone I came across greeted me with a hello and a smile. I recently purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach E through my salesman Christopher Maurer. This was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership and Chris made the process and experience so easy and stress-free. He was very nice, personable, respectful, patient, informative, and professional. He always updated me with the latest news regarding my vehicle and would always listen and answer any questions I had whenever I shot him a text message or called him. He worked hard to get me any rebate or discount I was eligible for. Chris sent me over to finance and that’s where I met Jamie Bowling. Jamie went over the price of my vehicle, payment options, and went over any additional warranty options I wanted to put on my vehicle. He was really nice, outgoing, and funny. The sales manager Ernesto Garcia and service advisors Meagan Morris and Keely Vorva were very nice and professional as well. The quick lane staff who put my windshield protector on were great as well. Chris went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. I highly recommend Chris Maurer if you’re looking to buy a new or used car. He will listen and get you exactly what you need. I will be sending my family and friends his way for their car needs.

Always friendly and courteous. Good sales staff, no pressure when ordering my new truck. Service department is always a pleasure to deal with, they let me know exactly whats going on and explain the issue, they don't just tell me we will see what we can do like other ford dealerships.

just bought the wife's expedition and it was so easy. they found it and had it delivered and we had it with in 24 hours. so easy and so fast. I can't say that enough. Laura was so helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. I highly recommend her.
