No HELLO, not a word the ENTIRE time i was in there...2 very young girls alone working....even when i tried talking to them...i got zero conversation! They see me struggling holding 3 big candles and some other things...still not 1 of them asks if i need anything!! AMAZING! There were only 5 other people in there and neither of them were waiting on them! Even when i got to the check out...NOT A SINGLE WORD..LIKE HELLO OR DID YOU FIND everything....IT WAS LIKE THEY DID NOT WORK THERE! They couldnt have cared less! The one girl was on the phone, and could have smiled or said we will be right with you, other girl instead of talking TO ME THE PERSON PURCHASING...they talked to eachother...and complained they needed $100 to make their sales...UM HELLO I SPENT 95!!!!! Not a thank you ...or anything...heres your receipt...and thats it! ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN YEARS!! Somebody needs to talk to them!! I hope 1 wasnt the mgr...
Ive been in retail for 30 yrs and have seen it all and am pretty easy going but this was just all around bad...my first time in and last time! Ill go to the mall and i live in Woodhaven!

I am disgusted by my recent visit. Truly unprofessional & downright rude. This location closes early all the time. They decided to close at 5:38pm. I visited the Woodhaven location for the hand soap sale on Sunday. I googled the store hours prior to visiting. There was a woman at the door locking it behind each customer. I called from my car explaining I just wanted to grab a couple of soaps. The rude “manager” told me its 5:52 & they are closed. As I was placed on hold I watched at least a dozen customers turned away. The “manager” informed me she had to get all the customers out before 6pm & there were over 100 in there. Not even close to 100 were in there!! No busier than any given Sunday. I was looking directly at the store. It is not a good move to argue with a customer who spends money in their business. She was condescending & nasty. This location has really gone downhill over the past few months. Several bad experiences. I will drive further to avoid this location.
