Arbor Lofts

Lived at Arbor Lofts over the past year. I couldn’t recommend it enough, Paul is absolutely amazing. He helped me out tremendously through a difficult situation and was a great and very responsive property manager. Very nice gym and the community is great. If my job didn’t make me move I would have stayed longer. Thank you Paul and team for a great year.

I’ve lived in the Arbor Lofts for two years now and the staff here compares to no other staff! Especially Paul, he has gone above and beyond for me to make sure my experience is easy and hassle free. It’s pretty rare to find such great people who are willing to work with you like Paul is, so I am extremely grateful to have had the experience to work with this amazing staff, and look forward to continuing this relationship. Amazing building, amazing staff 10/10!!

Alexis was a phenomenal leasing agent. Even though my move in date changed a few time everything ended up going smooth and I am happy to worked with her.

I am a returning resident and Paul and Alexxis are thee Best at their craft. SUPERB service, friendly attitudes, patience, gracious and the list goes on. In fact they need to teach a class to other management teams across the U.S and abroad. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this place. Staying by both fwys!! Easy to commute. When something is wrong they make sure they’re on it. Especially Paul! Ever since move in I felt welcomed!! If I ever have to move again it would be here..

Love the amenities here, and definitely appreciate the customer service. Very nice area and the entire staff is top tier — I have to exclusively shout out Crystal though! Throughout my lease at the Arbor Lofts, every single time we interacted, she went far out of her way to help me and my roommate out — whether it came to apartment space furnishings & fixings, moving out, you name it.

I honestly usually don’t leave too many reviews, but I had to take the time to express my gratitude for Crystal. She truly does make the Lofts feel like home, with her lovely decor spirit, consistent positive energy, and authentic disposition for meeting you where you’re at and doing her best to help your situation in whatever way she can.

P.S. she’s also got a great team of leasing agents, Paige and Paul— they really are great. I just chose to focus on Crystal because she was literally the definition of going above and beyond while I was there.

Toured with Paul and he was super nice and professional! He knew a ton about the building and surrounding area.

I lived at arbor lofts for two years and i cant say enough nice things about the management team here. Crystal especially was always on top of literally ANY request I had. I inquired about getting some new gym equipment and she pushed to get approval from the owner and ordered everything I asked for. It’s very hard to come by such a competent individual who can manage so much. Thank you Crystal and team!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Christal has been nothing but the most supportive landlord ever. This was my first place out on my own and she made it feel like home. She provided furniture, things for clothing and etc. I can tell she cares, she has been the best and I couldn’t thank her more! I will definitely refer. Thank you Christal for being awesome!

I had a good experience touring with Paige. We toured the whole property and she was very friendly and helpful!

Things have been getting a lot better thanks to the new property manager, Crystal. All requests for maintenece will be looked into, or at the very least you will be given timely updates as to why they cannot immediately fix something (normally due to contracting outside workers). All issues are taken seriously, and the quality of life has drastically improved.

Overall they are keeping a close eye on this building and show concern for their residents. While slightly more expensive than other places around the area, this is a new building that has been taken care of and that hardly, if ever, has the issues that older apartments do (smells from previous residents, outdated kitchen and furnishings, plumbing, faulty electricity, etc.).

One thing that I would like to see improved are the quality of the doors for the individual apartments (not the glass doors giving access to the building). While there isn't a security issue concerning who is allower access into the building, some of the apartment doors within the complex are flimsy. Yes, they lock, but a plywood door with a decent lock will only do so much against someone trying to break down a door.

I would reccomend this apartment complex to others.

This place has very high ceilings.

If you are not a heavy sleeper, this is not the place for you. There is music at least 2 times weekly from people until 4am in the morning. The people are pretty loud most times. I am not exaggerating. Other than loud neighboors its a good facility. I think the management team does well. But man I really underestimated the noise issues. I wished I had done more research on that before signing my lease. At my old apartment of 10 years I can count on one hand the noise issues I had. I have been here 2 months and am still blown away with the noise levels, I never expected it to be this way. The Gym is nice though, the common area is nice. I like the location. The unit itself is ok also. Good space. I like the washer and dryer units. I like the trash services, so you do not have to go all the way outside. Parking is good I can usually get a pretty close spot. Good location also.

EDIT: I changed this review from 2 stars to 3 stars because the management company is good. They are honest. Gave me my security deposit back when I moved out. Did not cause me any issues. They keep the building clean, the trash taken out etc.
