The entire team at the Livonia MobilityWorks was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. This is a new world for us and they treated my husband and me with such kindness. When we first reached out, they picked us up in a mobility van to visit the showroom. We had the opportunity to see several models, ramp styles and other features. The entire process from our first visit to delivery was seamless. When we had to spend a few hours there to install the EZ Lock, the staff made it quite enjoyable! Our salesman, Derek Brogan, was thorough and a delight to work with through the entire transaction. I highly recommend MobilityWorks and Derek to anyone needing a mobility vehicle.

Just a shout out to Derek for all of the help purchasing our first conversion van,
he was there for the whole process and made it quite easy can't thank him enough. He helped us customize it to make it easier for my wife to get in and out of the van and in the front passenger seat. Highly recommend mobility works as we shop different dealers mobility works was the best by far!

After moving to the area we have used Mobility Works of Livonia three times: twice for routine maintenance and once just recently for a difficult repair. Every time the work was done properly and on time, and the staff was friendly, professional, and highly-competent. What more is there to say!

What can I say… Will and his team took extremely good care of us. We had an issue with the old van not consistently starting and his service team not only debugged the problem but went above and beyond replacing remote start battery on the key fob. These guys are simply the best. We fully intend to stay with the Mobility works family now and in the future. Well done guys sincerely appreciate it. : )

This is a review for MobilityWorks - Livonia, Michigan location. My father fell and fractured his hip and we were in need of a wheelchair accessible van to transport him to and from various appointments. Renting a wheelchair accessible van from MobilityWorks was an EXCELLENT choice! MobilityWorks Staff (Cheyanne) was fantastic. The van was clean and modern and super simple to use! Much lower cost solution than a transport service and you are in control for drop-off and pick-up. MobilityWorks wheelchair accessible van rental is a GREAT option! Will use again without hesitation. My experience with this company was wonderful. The receptionist was absolutely gracious and very pleasant. The sales team was very knowledgeable and they helped me find and perfect vehicle for my needs. I even got a briefing on the proper operation.. The service man was very pleasant and definitely knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this team they are exceptional.

I was having what seemed to be an impossible time finding a suitable accessible van... for my seemingly simple needs, but once I contacted mobility works Livonia they helped and immediately-- put me in a perfect vehicle in no time. Im throughly satisfied and would/will recommend their services to everyone looking for handicapped accessible vehicles... and rentals.

Always does an excellent job in a professional manner. The service manager, Will, is very customer oriented and strives to find an optimal solution for any problem in the most economical way.

HAVE gone to Mobility Works in Madison Heights for at least 20 years. Long drive, but the only place we trust to keep our van running well.
