Came in a few Weeks ago after visiting two other Verizon stores and getting no help or brushed off.
James R Went through the trouble to help me Get done what I needed to get done and actually in the process saved me from doing a warranty claim Which I thought I had to do to being able to do a defect claim because that’s all that was wrong with my phone was a known defect.
Even after making it clear I wasn’t buying anything, he was still more than willing to assist me with the process.
It’s rare that people still go out of their way like this in this industry and I definitely know where I will come again when it’s time to upgrade my phone.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and patient! He didn’t stop until he figured out the problem, definitely recommend coming here.

My wife and I upgraded our phones at the Gibraltar Rd. Verizon location and got great friendly professional service from Justin the store manager. I was also getting a phone for my mom and Justin spent a lot of time with the other phone company getting things set up so my mom could keep her same number. Highly recommend this store for your iPhone needs.

James was the best! He helps me every-time with everything I need! I won’t go to no other store or no other person with what I need because he knows exactly what’s going on every-time even if I don’t. I could ask for better service!

I have been a Verizon customer for many years, and my wife and kids have been on her Sprint account for nearly as long. Recently, we decided to move everybody over to my account. We had 4 lines to transfer and 4 phones to turn in for promotional rebates. Ray worked with us to transfer the accounts, order phones, select accessories and even helped out with tips and tricks for my daughter who was moving from an iPhone to a Google Pixel 2.

We returned when the phones we ordered arrived and Ray proceeded with line transfers and phone setups. Ray was meticulous in ensuring that all phones were backed up, transferred and completely wiped before turning them in. Ethan jumped in to assist, and we got everything transferred and activated.

My family was very happy at the level of customer service the team at this store delivered. I couldn’t imagine a better customer service experience. Thanks Ray!

James went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. He kept me in the loop and called to let me know our new phones were delivered, scheduled our appointment to come in, and called to confirm the appointment. Very professional from start to finish. I would refer anyone to him!

TlDR : after a nightmare trying to get my replacement phone working, I went to the actual store and they had me all set in under 10 minutes. I really appreciate the good customer service :)

Stellar customer service. James went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with and learn from. Extremely helpful. If all reps were like that you’d have many more customers. This young man deserves a raise and promotion.

I always have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting a new phone. My brain seems to turn to mush and it is almost like teaching a new baby how to walk again. James was very patient with me. He really went above what was being asked of him and talked me through the ins and outs of my new phone.

I was also interested in a few other products. He told me about them. Gave me an estimate on my new bill and allowed me to take the information and think about it. I love that he wasn’t over pushy.

In the end I will probably get the other services and products. And I will wait until James is working again to get them.

Our business has been a customer of Verizon since 2006. And for years we dealt with the Taylor office which really dropped in quality over the last 5 years.

Was really happy to see that there was an office much closer to us and I cannot say enough good things about the folks over there. Been going there since they opened. They understand exactly what a business client needs, I don't deal with the constant confusion that we had at the Taylor office and everyone goes out of their way to be friendly as well as informative. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Everyone over on Gibraltar Road understands that if my business runs smoothly I'm able to do more business with them.

James was an amazing sales person, very patient, knowledgeable and made my transition to my new phone very smooth. I would definitely come back to the store because of James.
