Excellent. I visited Minneapolis to DJ an event at the Fillmore (right next door) and the Element Hotel was absolutely perfect. The customer service was phenomenal; they brought me a cart to help transport all my DJ equipment and they showed me where the hallways connect directly to the Fillmore. It was so cool, it was like walking through a secret tunnel! Super convenient, I didn't even have to go outside in the -4*F weather!

The room I booked was really cute and comfortable; it had a mini fridge and a microwave, which is perfect for me and my midnight snacks. Additionally, there was a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with mini marshmallows -- AMAZING!! Definitely a highlight of my stay :)

Upon checking out, I went over to the parking garage (also very convenient and easy to access) and found a flat tire on my rental car. Totally flat like a pancake! The staff was so kind and helped me put air in the tire so that I could make it to the airport in time. Big shout-out to Noah, thank you so much!!

Overall, I had a lovely experience at the Element Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Minneapolis!

I stay here occasionally when I visit our company's office in the North Loop area. Rooms are good - comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and clean. Breakfast is light, but good. Happy hour in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff is friendly, but it can be difficult to find them late at night if you need something.

We stayed here for three nights while in town for the Big 10 Women's Basketball Championship. Breakfast options were plentiful on the days we chose to eat at the hotel. On the day of our check out, we were able to leave our car in the hotel parking ramp and go to the Championship game (Go Hawks!), then return hours later to drive home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, too. I will stay here again!

Super easy to get here from the airport on the blue line of the light rail. Desk staff is professional, rooms are clean, and they always have fresh water with lemon out in the lobby.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything looks and feels very new and modern. Many nutritious options for breakfast. Only thing that would make it better would be a pool, which is usually something I look for since I have young kids, but if you are staying for an event like a game or a show you may not have time to take advantage of that anyway.

Spacious corner room with great view of north downtown. Connected to the Fillmore music center so you can here/feel some of the music if an event is going on. Beds are comfortable but could be better. Light rail platform is accessible from parking garage. Secure parking garage and building 24 hours a day. Must use room key to get into the building at all times. Some homeless people wandering around but did not feel unsafe.

This was the best hotel stay I’ve had in Minnesota. I travel to this area 2-3 times a year for work, and I was excited that my office recently moved from the suburbs to downtown. While the Element was a few blocks away from my office, it was well worth the few extra steps. The Element offers so much more than expected to the point I was showing off pictures of my room to my co-workers who stayed somewhere else. As good if not better than the hotel itself, the location can’t be beat for Minneapolis! It’s right next to Target field, and just a few steps from the best breweries and restaurants in the city. I’ll look to stay here
whenever I can.

We, a party of six, booked three rooms over the weekend to see both a Vikings exhibition game and a Twins game. Both stadiums were close by, target field right next door snd US Bank stadium a walkable distance although the light rail station was right next store and provided an easy four stop ride. The hotel was terrific, nice rooms with microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a large shower. The free breakfast was very good with something for everybody. Overall a very good hotel in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and breweries close by. We give this hotel four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

We had an amazing experience here! My husband and I went on a cross county roadtrip for our honeymoon, ending at this Element location. The staff we worked with directly were Nicole, James and Willie.
We arrived early for our check-in and Nicole graciously informed us we had been upgraded. That was a VERY pleasant surprise for the end of our honeymoon! At that point we were ready to just go home but because of the warm welcome we received at Element we were in such good spirits we decided to explore the town while we waited for our room.
We came back a few hours later and James greeted us letting us know that Nicole had passed the message around of the special meaning to our visit. James gave us several dinner suggestions and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel. She was helpful and we could tell she loved what she does!
Later in the evening we stopped by the front desk for basic questions about the area/hotel and Willie introduced us to the cheese trays that were set out that day for guests to enjoy.
The facilities are amazing. Next time I am searching for a hotel I will be putting Element at the top of my list. The facilities are amazing, the staff makes it what it is. =)

This is an excellent hotel. It is very secure, requiring room key for everything. The twins stadium is right out the back door and it is right on the metro track. The rooms are like an apartment and are very quiet. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

😊 The hotel was amazing and clean . Free breakfast was delicious and love that they had multiple juice choices for breakfast and lime and blueberry water in the lobby . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, we had a 2 queen room , it came with a full kitchen our view was of target field which was pretty cool . Surprisingly room was very quiet couldn't hear a thing for it being in busy downtown . Would definitely stay here again! 😊

We were blessed to be assigned Element Minneapolis Downtown by the volleyball tournament we were attending. The hotel staff was outstanding, and our breakfasts were amazing, different, delicious, and way better than any other hotel breakfast buffet. Estella ran the kitchen and dining room in the mornings, and she and her staff solidified the 5 star rating. Estella was approachable, accommodating, professional, and eager to communicate with peoples needs.
Element is confidently located next to the train and Target Field. Excellent location. Our rooms were large enough not to feel cramped and felt very comfortable and moden.

This hotel is the best place to stay if going to a twins game! It is truly right next door up the steps!their breakfast was great if you’re gluten free! They even made me special GF muffins when I didn’t see any out the next day! Rooms are very modern and nice! It is also close to the north loop which has great restaurants.

We stayed at the Element once more during Thanksgiving weekend. Michael was working the front desk during this lonely weekend, and he took great care of us. With full kitchens, modern decor, ample space and steps from the North Loops happening bars and restaurants, the Element is the place to stay in Minneapolis.

What a difference a city makes. This Minneapolis Element Hotel, compared to the one in Bozeman, Montana, is a revelation. The room is decorated with warmth and a sense of design, the towels are thick and plentiful, and the parking is underground and safe. Located almost next door to Target Field, where the Twins play, the location allows you to enjoy the area around the stadium and the restaurants and bars of the North Loop neighborhood. After Covid, I think the North Loop is the best area of Minneapolis for tourists. Downtown has not recovered and Nicollet Mall is hurting.

The greeting was warm and helpful and the staff bent over backwards to meet our needs. Understand, the Element is not a luxurious hotel. That doesn’t appear to be the brand’s objective. You get a large and clean room with a kitchen, that can accommodate a dog for an extra $75 per stay. One bar of soap was supplied, and the shower only bathroom is rudimentary. However, the lobby is bright and engaging, and in the morning, a continental breakfast is laid out. This hotel is attached to the Fillmore concert venue which is handy if you attend a concert. However, even with Li’l Wayne performing, we heard no noise and slept well.

Until downtown Minneapolis gains health and revises itself, The Element Downtown Minneapolis will be our hotel in the Twin Cities. It is the best choice for the price point.

We were here for 6+ weeks for a long term stay. The staff was excellent and very accommodating for our three dogs. We really enjoyed the hotel itself though the area is pretty rough. Being that close to the Twins stadium was a lot of fun.

They are very flexible and nice and we felt well taken care of. The laundry facilities and gym were very helpful for our long stay.

My only complaint would be that their breakfast lacks variety and got really old really fast but that was the only issue.

We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and greatly appreciate all they did for us!

I stayed here last Fall. The location is within walking distance of lots of places to eat, and you can walk to Target Field or grab the train. It’s easy to walk a bit further to reach the trail by the water. The free breakfast is nice, and the rooms are modern and nice.

The Element Hotel staff were extremely friendly, the room was so clean, and we couldn’t have had a better experience staying at this hotel! Excellent staff and service. We stayed in their largest suite for a bachelorette party, and could not recommend it more! 10/10!
