I am grateful for the staff being so supportive today as I started the process for receiving an implant. The procedure was painless and went much smoother than anticipated. I suffer from extreme anxiety surrounding dental procedures and the entire staff did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my visit. Raquel in particular was so kind and empathetic to my situation, I really appreciate how much she helped me throughout the process. Both Dr. Lupini and Dr. Patel went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable as well.

Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy! I first came here after a dental emergency several years ago. I don’t want to go anywhere else! Dr. Patel, and the entire staff (ESPECIALLY the front staff) are very nice and accommodating. Five stars across the board!

I am happy to recommend Dr. Patel and his entire staff! I am diabetic and have Von Willebrand’s disease so the dentist is the last doctor I see for my health. I do not heal well and always feel pain with terrible anxiety. Well, after I became a patient here, that all changed.

The patience they gave me along with encouraging words was surprisingly touching and the humor Dr. Patel added along the way was fantastic.

A special shout out to Raquel for making sure she was on the schedule for both major appointments. Raquel’s “bedside” manner really put me at ease, her gentle touch and soothing voice made the whole experience better.

Six crowns the first time and ten the second sounds impossible but Dr. Patel and Raquel has made my smile beautiful and gave me more confidence than I have ever had!

Raquel and Dr. Patel are angels. I haven’t been to a dentist in longer than I’d like to admit (mostly because I’ve had such bad dentists!) but they made my semi-complicated wisdom tooth extraction so easy on me. I felt so taken care of and they made me a loyal patient for life. They were so empathetic and explained everything as they were doing it. I feel so at ease and will be back to help address some other nagging issues and get my first cleaning in a long time. Thank you so much Raquel and Dr. Patel.

Amazing experience! I’m absolutely terrified of dentists and needed sedation for a major issue where a tooth broke 4 years prior and nerves were exposed. They were very gentle and understanding and the sedation doctor that serves is just wonderful. I’m so glad I found this place. Everyone has been so nice! 10/10 great experience!

I had to get 5 teeth pulled. They were absolutely amazing. They gave you plenty of numbing so I didn't feel a thing Dr. Lupini and Dr. Patel are amazing. They checked on me after my appointment to make sure I was feeling alright and healing properly. Raquel was absolutely amazing. The whole office is extremely sweet and helpful.

Dr.Patel and Raquel are amazing! I had a root canal and I felt zero pain. They made sure to take the time to make sure everything was comfortable and I had no pain. I could not recommend them enough!
I will not be going anywhere else.

As a 40 year healthcare worker, I have high standards. Southshore Dental staff meets my standards for care.They take pride not only in the work they do but in the gentle manner in which it is done . I had an emergency ,they got me in immediately, I was not treated in a rushed manner and Rochelle even took time to review instructions in clear concise manner. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

It took my husband and I a while to find a good dentist that we felt comfortable around. Dr. Patel, Raquel, and the rest of the staff are some of the nicest people around. Very friendly and make sure that you are comfortable as well. Highly recommend this office.

Awesome experience. Just got back downriver and they were able to get my whole family in. Even squeezed my husband in same day. They had nothing available but called back a couple hours later with a cancellation. Just so thankful they thought of calling us back. Everyone is really personable, nice and accommodating.

I highly recommend Southshore Dental. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past, their technique was amazing. I was having a crown done, they prepped my gums so well, I didn't even realize they were giving me the numbing injections. They have state of the art technology and techniques. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this office.

They are attentive to all of my concerns and needs. I've had cleanings to root canals. They are so gentle I've actually fallen asleep. These guys are dedicated to their patience.

I am a new patient, seen right away, my cleaning was very good. hygienist made sure all my concerns were answered. Dr. Was very nice also. I will be back in 6 months. I am very happy with this new dentist. If your looking for a new dentist in the area, this is a great place to be. Highly recommend.

I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Patel and his staff. First appt was an emergency appt and Dr. Patel and Trishia were wonderful and gentle. Today, Dr. Patel and Raquel did a Root canal and Crown. Even with my TN, they were gentle and awesome. The entire staff are wonderful and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I'm sure I've found my new Dentist!! Thank you all for making me as comfortable as possible!! I cannot put into words how grateful I am.

Very friendly and take great care of you. Just had my first root canal. The doctor and assistants were very comforting. They took good care of me.

The experience was great. There was adequate parking and it is located close to town. I was able to get in one hour earlier than expected. I spent maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room. My hygienist, Shelby, was very nice to work with. I described all my concerns and they considered them throughout the cleaning. The dentist was also nice and explained the benefits of Invisalign to me relative to my bite. After cleaning, I spent about 5 minutes checking out. Maybe a total of 70 minutes to complete my visit.

I'm so thankful for this dental office, and the entire staff. After horrible experiences with my prior dentist, I came here because of the amazing reviews, and they really are a 5 star dental office. They use up to date technology, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable every step of the way, which I really appreciate because I have anxiety after having some bad experiences with the prior dentist. I've had excellent care from both Dr. Patel and Dr. Yazback, and every member of the staff. If you are seeking a new dentist, I highly recommend you give this office a call!

Had the best experience today with Dr. Patel & Ashley for my very first crown. I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. I was nervous and they put me at ease with their kind words and professionalism. Thank you to all the amazing staff for always greeting me with a beautiful smile! They are the BEST!!

Raquel and Dr. Patel were excellent I had a very calming experience. This office is very professional. I'm extremely happy with my choice.

Two molars surgically removed today, with nitrous oxide and 2 anesthetic shots. The second shot really did the trick. I felt absolutely no pain after the second shot. Pressure, yes. Pain zero. Sooo grateful the procedure didn’t hurt. Highly recommend to anyone. Came here due to emergency circumstances, my normal dentist out of town. 1st visit. Giving a great deal of thought to switching dentist to here permanently. Very happy, very grateful. Dr. Patel awesome. Raquel awesome! (And pretty to boot!)
