Best of the best. There is no one friendlier, more honest, loving, or caring. I read the other reviews and the person who gave them 1 star must have been asking for things last minute and calling without leaving a message. As one can imagine, doing taxes for a living is a stressful occupation, and there are a lot of demanding clients. They always answer my calls and take care of me and everyone I have known that does business there, which is many many many business owners. They are not a chain with 30 employees, so they are not able to constantly interrupt their clients to answer the phone. How would you like it if you had a tax appointment and every time the phone rang, they said “Hold on a minute” and took care of the phone call instead? Patience is a virtue. This place is genuinely the most loving tax business you’ll ever find. I have not one complaint after doing business there for over 10 years and recommending them to everyone who needs a tax preparer. There is nothing phony or dishonest there. I give them a 100 out of 5 stars.

I have been doing taxes with Kathy and Jo for over 20 years now. When I had a restaurant Jo drove almost an hours 4 times a year to get all the receipts and made sure I never had any issues. Kathy is honest and will accommodate even late appointments for us since she knows both me and my husband work late hours. Now that my boys are adults and working, they also contact the office and have their taxes prepared by "Joseph's Bookkeeping & Tax Inc".

The worst bookkeeping you will ever deal with guaranteed . When it comes down to bookkeeping also you will get what you pay for. #1 Neither Cathy or Joseph will ever answer the phone. #2 The way they talk to, it’s just in a disrespectful way. #3 if you want anything from them, make sure you ask for it 2 months in advance at least. Conclusion, pay a little extra a month extra and find someone else who really cares about what he/she is doing.
