InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport

My flight was delayed so I had to overnight here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a “runway view” and though I could see the runway I couldn’t really hear it. Cynthia at the front desk was lovely. Gruyère omelette is very tasty. Shuttle runs every 20min 24hrs.

Our international flight was delayed by a day so ended up needing to find a hotel. What an unexpected surprise. The rooms are so clean and spacious! We ended up with a runway view room and I was worried about noise but it wasn't very loud at all. I slept like a baby!

It was very cold and we didn't pack for winter so we decided to just eat in the hotel. The food was great and so was the service.

The airport shuttle was really nice and was quick. I would definitely make a plan to stay here again on purpose.

We stayed at the Intercontinental after finding ourselves stuck in Minneapolis for the night with a delayed flight. I called the hotel late at night hoping to get a room and was greeted by a very friendly woman who was happy to help us. They had a shuttle available and picked us up after just a few minutes. After a less than stellar stay at a different hotel in Miami this place was an amazing experience. The room was large, very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower. Comfortable bed and ice furnishings. The coffee maker and a selection of coffees for the morning was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Minneapolis area. I'd gladly stay there again if I'm back out that way again. We were not there long enough to sample the restaurant or lounge, but the menu looked very good. The breakfast and barista were very good.

Passing through Minneapolis on the way to Seattle and back, I stayed at the Intercontinental Minneapolis Airport hotel for two nights. I rate this hotel five stars, based on the following criteria:
1) Marvelously convenient location located a few thousand feet from the St. Paul-Minneapolis airport, with the hotel offering a quick (less than five-minute) shuttle ride to and from the hotel (note that you need to situate yourself near the hotel's shuttle parking spot and sign, and, call the number on the sign, in order to be picked up).
2) Comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished rooms, offering unique and cool views of the airport runways. Aviation enthusiasts will enjoy this. The soundproofing on the windows is superb, such that the jet engines' roar upon takeoff is barely noticeable.
3) Two above-average, in-house restaurants in Voya Brasserie and Bradstreet Crafthouse, offering tasty food and drinks for either restaurant or room service dining.
4) 12 noon check-out time.

Amazing!! If I was to ever come back to Minneapolis, I would leave downtown just to stay here. Clean. Staff were very friendly. Bathrooms were very clean!! I’d give it 11 stars if that was an option. View is amazing. World class hotel!

This was a great stay of one night for an early flight! Staff was friendly and prompt. Our room was very comfortable. I thought the airplane noise would be overwhelming, but you could barely hear them. A wonderful stay overall

Only stayed one night here on a very late check in; however the room was immaculate and the front desk service quite nice. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower.

I stay here very often, because I fly a lot for work and it’s right next to MSP. I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I stay at hotels all over the country and the service here is unmatched to anyplace I have stayed.

Special thanks to Makayla and Aaron (guest service employees) for ALWAYS making sure my stay is comfortable easy. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Minneapolis or St. Paul now because of their excellent service.

The rooms and hotel are clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant has good drinks and great food.

Convenient, upscale hotel attached to MSP. The staff are attentive and friendly and the rooms about as clean as any hotel I have stayed at. For us, it’s worth the $ to pay to stay here vs an offsite hotel before an early flight.

Lovely room views, fabulous showers, and cozy beds are awesome as well.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Doesn't offer and continental breakfast or coffee but is available for pay. Nice rooms with workspace setup. And shuttle service to airport

Beautiful room and view. Very little airplane noise. Parking was a little strange but not impossible to figure out for first-time guests. Everything was clean and neat upon arrival.

Stayed there to teach at a professional medical conference staged in the hotel. The meeting spaces, rooms, and food were terrific. The usual excellent Intercontinental experience.

A great hotel, a nice area next to the airport, beds are comfy, everything's clean. The staff are lovely. Especially Emily LeNoble. She was a sweetheart for me and my partner.

Shuttle service every 20 minutes 24 hours a day.
Quiet rooms, great restaurants.

I recommended this hotel to my coworkers and friends and they all have said this hotel is fantastic. Comfortable beds, great hospitality, wonderful security, and perfectly located next to the airport, Mall of America, and other activities.

Just checked into the IHG Minneapolis Airport Hotel. This is my first visit and stay her and from the time I entered the hotel I was impressed with the luxury style, cleanliness, and superb customer service. Emily and Kelly, front desk attendants, were very hospitable, friendly, engaging, and helpful. And the fresh baked chocolate cookies were a bonus. 🍪 My hotel room had a sticker on the door stating "Disinfected for your safety" to let me know that my room had been cleaned and serviced. Was impressed with the spaciousness of the room also. This is definitely a must stay at hotel if you are coming to Minneapolis.

We had a great stay at the Intercontinental Hotel! The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Really great rooms, new and clean. Super easy to access from terminal 1 via the dedicated skybridge (take the tram to the end of the line, and then the elevator). But you cannot take the same way back from the hotel to the airport, the TSA checkpoint is still closed - so the hotel has a shuttle running, which just takes a few minutes back to T1. I hear terminal 2 is much farther out and takes longer.

Very convenient for flying or just staying in the cities. The hotel was really quiet and the rooms were more sound proof to the airport than other hotel further away.

Could not recommend this hotel enough! Cinthia was so kind, hospitable and welcoming! We arrived at 1am, screwed up the booking and she helped us sort it all out!
