I was impressed with Ashco throughout the whole process of getting a new roof after a hail storm. Cristina was responsive and attended the insurance inspection. Tim kept me updated about scheduling. The crew was amazing! They started at about 7 am and had everything tarped off to keep my yard clean of debris. They worked hard and fast, getting done around 3 pm the same day. They took their time cleaning up and making sure there weren't any nails in my yard. Which I appreciated especially since I have a young child! The next business day Ashco even sent someone to do another sweep of my yard to check for nails. The finished product is amazing and Ashco made the process as seamless as possible!

Ashco did a fabulous job, great communication between salesman and customer. All work was done as promised, I would recommend them to anyone. Roof looks great.

My home experienced hail damage when I was on vacation. Trent Herold, salesperson for ASHCO Exteriors is a neighbor. He waited until he saw me in my yard one day and pulled into the driveway with news of potential hail damage. I replied that regarding a storm that was nine months ago, it was probably too late for me to file a homeowners insurance claim. NO, Trent said -- claims can be made up to 365 days after damages occur.

Well, I told Trent to go for it and he proceeded with his due diligence with my homeowners insurance company. And yesterday, I saw the ASHCO crew replace my roof in a single day, cleaning up the debris, my yard and driveway. All I am paying out-of-pocket is the insurance deductible.

Recently we noticed water leaking from our roof after some heavy rains. Having contracted with Ashco in the last few years post-hail storm(s), we reached out to our contact Robert who then sent out Howard to do a site visit. Howard was able to diagnose the issue quickly and after waiting on Mother Nature to bless us with a dry day, he was able to come out and remedy the issue. Every step of the way, both Robert and Howard were easy to communicate with and made the experience that much better. For all your exterior needs, give these guys a call!

I think most of us are wary, annoyed and put off by door-to-door sales, even though that’s a tough gig, legitimately, because of fly-by-night scammers. One day, a guy named Tran stopped by my house, representing Ashco, and I knew I needed a new roof. I gave him a shot because he was so earnest, engaging, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I am not sorry I did. He walked me through the claim, helped with new roofing options, made recommendations, was very thorough, and had incredible follow-through, work done. I like that he could be confident representing a company he knew would back him up. Love my new house and garage roofs, and Tran is a great rep for Ashco. Was everything perfect? No, not possible, but pretty dang satisfyingly close.

It looks like somebody tore down my old house and replaced it with a brand new one after Ashco remodeled the roof and siding! It looks outstanding! I am so grateful for Gavin taking the time to do such a thorough inspection for storm damage, and to take the time to meet with my insurance adjustor - to THOROUGHLY go over all of the damage to both the roof and the siding and he REALLY knew what he was talking about- both on the construction end of things AND the insurance side of things and was an incredible asset when filing the claim and dealing with the insurance company. Every step of the process was so professional, Gabe and Tim explained exactly what to expect and their timing of dropping off dumpsters, supplies & pick up - was exactly as communicated. The siding was so beautiful - all my family and neighbors have stopped by to say how much they love it and the siding crew was amazing! The roofers rocked too, they did everything so fast - and it looks beautiful! I am so happy with my results I just can't thank everyone involved in this process enough!

Tran was great to work with after a hail storm damaged my roof in Minneapolis. He was promptly in the neighborhood soon after the storm and has stayed present to this day, unlike other roofing companies who come fast and leave faster.

My project had some complexities with removal and re-installation of solar panels, which the insurance company was a nightmare about. Tran helped through the full process and many adjusters trying to finalize the claim.

Trent was friendly and up front with how the whole process of getting our roof replaced. They dealt with my insurance company and I was updated regularly about when the roof would be installed. We had an exterior inspection of our property conducted with Ashco, but did not move forward with them as a contractor because after the free inspection of our property, no damage was found and our roof still had a decent lifespan on it and did not need replacement. Joe was flexible with our schedules to do the inspection, and once he had seen the condition of the property did not try to sell us on a replacement or project that wasn't necessary at this time, which I appreciated and take as a good sign for a contractor. I would consider them in the future when I do need my roof replaced down the road.

Great work on the hail damage repairs and made everything easy and streamlined and worked together with the insurance to get a good rate on the repairs. Only criticism from me is a slightly slow communication flow. Most of the actual work was scheduled within about 2 weeks of it starting the work despite there being about 2 months between each phase of the repairs. Definitely not a big issue but something to be aware of if you've got a busy schedule and a personal need to be present during the process.
