Best Western Plus Blaine At The National Sports Center

Wonderful room, wonderful staff, wonderful weekend! The whirlpool in the room was clean and worked great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was fresh and delicious. An employee even walked around to make sure all of the guests were happy with the food. We can't wait to stay here again!

Rooms were clean generously sized and well stocked with basic necessities. There was bedding and a pillow for the pull out couch as well.
Service wise good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The neighborhood the hotel is located in was clean. There wasn’t any noticeable traffic noise and lots of parking space. Really the only downside I could see was there was no underground parking and if you’ve ever been to Minnesota in the winter underground parking is a very welcome feature.

Service and rooms were above board. Was well located to restaurants and other immieties. Staff was always attentive, but never hovered.

Great location to the super rink for hockey tourney, shopping and many places to eat. Rooms were very clean, front desk was super kind and helpful! Pool, arcade, and great breakfast!

Best hotel I been to, super clean,nice amenities,large breakfast options, great service and one of the cheapest hotels I have had which is shocking.

Over the past few years, you never know what you're going to get in a hotel room and chain. We had been very pleased with the Choice hotel brand, but had had bad experience after bad experience in terms of dirty rooms, blood on the floor, mold and dirt in the bathroom, broken fixtures, odors, finding rotten food under the bed, pillowcases in a 'clean' room that had vomit on them, and so much more. We switched to Best Western Plus and have had nothing but good experiences. This particular hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean, the facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Great pool/hot tub area, and fun arcade. We will be back!

THIS IS A SHOUT OUT FOR ZANA!!! She literally went above and beyond this weekend to help pull together a very precious, emotional trinket for my wedding!! My sister-in-law "borrowed" me the "penny from heaven" my mom found when they went to pick out my SIL wedding dress. My SIL mother passed away 15 years ago, the penny was from her mom in heaven. Sadly, my mom passed away on March 8th of this year, my wedding was this last Saturday, August 19th. Pennies from heaven are very important to me!! I was given a trinket with my moms photo on it to carry in my flowers... we were trying to figure out a way to attach the penny to the back. Seems like it'd be simple but due to the metal and the penny, and of course not wanting to ruin anything with glue, I was having issues getting it to work. That is until I went and spoke with Zana, I explained to her the situation. Within 10 minutes she had knocked on our hotel room door with the solution!! We were able to secure the penny to the back without ruining anything. It was an emotional moment given the meaning behind the two pieces we were putting together. Zana gave me the most kindest, warmest, sincere hug I have ever felt... and man did I need it in that moment!! It was like a hug from heaven on my wedding day!!

I should mention though, the entire stay was amazing for my entire family. We had several rooms booked out for our wedding guests! Beautiful place, too!

Wonderful experience. Room 5 stars. Breakfast was great for hotel meal. Pools and hot tub, clean and quiet area. Gym was good. Arcade an unexpected plus. Service was impeccable. I'll definitely stay again.

This was our second stay. We had an emergency and needed a place to stay with our pets. This hotel accepts pets and were very accommodating. Very nice kid pool for my daughter. We will be back.

Stayed here for curling at Four Seasons. Excellent hotel, has a Culver's in the parking lot. Room was spacious and clean. Night manager was very friendly and accommodating. Daytime staff were friendly and engaged with us. Average breakfast

Happiness doesn't begin to explain how I felt after being helped by Lydia! She was very accommodating and helped with everything that was needed with a smile. You know that feeling when you ate just the right amount of food for Thanksgiving, happy and satisfied. That's how Lydia made my family and I feel.

Our hockey team stayed here for a recent tournament. Staff was excellent and went well beyond exceeding our expectations for the stay. They were warm and accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of.

Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the pool area was very nice. Arcade needs some maintenance as some of the games were malfunctioning and the room had a strange smell. But overall, it was a nice place to stay and we would come here again.

Great rooms, great pools (there are 3 of them) pretty decent breakfast, ran out of a few items everyday we were there but it was decent. Good service and they cleaned our rooms if asked.

Really great experience staying at Best Western!! Atmosphere was kid friendly and the hotel was very well staffed and clean!! Lydia was super helpful and made the stay that much better….will recommend to anyone staying in the Blaine area!!!

Definitely will be going back. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good and a nice change from your regular breakfast at a hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool, wasn't too cold.

I'm very very impressed. We travel with my small dog and the condition of the dog friendly hotels in this part of Minnesota had been awful but this Best Western is now our permanent place when we visit family for sure. Very clean, every room is a dog room, great breakfast, quiet, well maintained. When we arrived late Friday the service manager was working alone and on the phone with an incredibly difficult and unreasonable person. He remained poised but firm and apologized to us several times for the delay. Service, cleanliness, upkeep, quality, all high marks!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Every room was a suite with a makeup vanity and a couch. Fantastic TV with tons of channels. Huge pool room with a nice jacuzzi and 2 pools one for kids and one for adults. Giant arcade. The continental breakfast was perfect tons of choices for food and on weekends it goes till 10. They opened up breakfast a little early just for our group who was headed to work an hour before breakfast was supposed to open. Beautiful area, extremely comfortable atmosphere. Incredibly friendly staff. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel! We came down to visit some family and decided to give this hotel a try and we were not disappointed! Everything was very clean and smelt so fresh! The lobby is very large and welcoming. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite and had plenty of space and the beds were very comfy. Very clean and refreshing pool and hot tub. The breakfast might just be one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever seen. LOTS to chose from. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our experience was Great! All of the staff members were professional, caring, and willing to go out of their way to help. Very positive attitude that made it a great happy experience. Rooms were very well kept and clean and the hotel maids did an excellent job doing that. Dogs are welcomed and staff members did everything to accomadate them. I would recommended this hotel to anyone. We got lucky to come across a wonderful hotel like this.
