Erté & The Peacock Lounge

Got there just in time for happy hour (and such a great one so highly recommended). Their HH menu has items not on their regular menu (worth it!). The food was fantastic. The drinks were delicious. The space was beautiful and spacious. Super chill vibe in the lounge. Little fancier in the dining room.

Happy Hour specials were AMAZING. The Egg Rolls were unbelievable!! Crunchy on the outside, filled with greens and pork with wonderful sweet dipping sauce. The steak nachos were unlike anything we've ever had before. Steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, the pesto sauce was perfect, queso, red jalapeños, black caviar lentils... I could go on and on... trust me, just go try them!!!

Fantastic Halloween dinner. So incredibly fun!!! Amazing food! So glad to have 2 seatings. We were 8:30 pm. First course spectular, and second course as well. The main course came about 10:30 pm. A bit late to eat an amazing Chilean Bass so incredibly prepared. Dessert of red velvet cake warm and so tasty. Loved the Jack Skellington craft cocktail especially as my date was that wonderful character! Sea Salt caramel martini so incredible too!! The bar covered in candles completely set the Halloween theme of the night. A huge thank you to the entire restaurant for making this a very memorable and delightful Halloween!🎃

During our stay in Minneapollis for a week we had two dinners at Erté. On both occasions the food was great. Creative, good portions and delicious. The vibe has a low key feel but nice. White tablecloth resturant without the stuffy feel. Highly recommend.

Erte is my new favorite place! The food and drink menu has been given a face-lift. They provide a responsible and safe environment with covid19 precautions and are still old school classy as always.

The clam chowder special soup was so good! The house sirloin was cooked perfectly and the fried chicken with spicy honey sauce was a great balance of sweet and spicy. The basil rathbone cocktail was a sweet and sour blueberry lemon drink.

The food portions were generous. Atmosphere was pleasant. Easy to talk and listen to the people at my table. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Exceptional food and service. A strong menu carried by local chefs and serving staff alike, Erté presents a high class dining experience. Very solid steaks and a wide variety of interesting takes on French cuisine. Friendly staff and great cocktails

We had a fantastic dinner here for Restaurant Week! They had specials for just this week and I think got to try some fun new dishes. Everything was really tasty: crab Oscar, crispy branzino and a sweet potato turnover for me; merguez sliders, short rib tacos and apple spice cake for my hubby. We thought the sliders were good enough to put on the permanent menu! We will definitely be back to try some of the regular menu. The service was very attentive and decor is lovely - art deco and quite chic.

This place is simply outstanding! Each dish somehow topped the one before it. The flavors are complex and delicious, and we had a very satisfying meal. Fun atmosphere and a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Drinks were fantastic , employees were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend either for stopping in for a drink or ordering food on top, as it was top notch as well!

We sat in the Peacock Lounge, enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The appetizer meat and cheese platter was fantastic. Loved the winter special Old Fashioned and the meals were all spectacular. Can't wait to come back.

Came back after a couple of years and had another great experience. Glad they are keeping up the experience and quality.

Nice place to go on a date or with family. Excelent steak, I recommend the Coulotte Sirloin. The service is very good.

I came here for my college graduation dinner with my family and we had a blast. The drinks at the bar were great (I recommend the grasshopper) and the food was delicious. The lobster mac was the best one I've ever had. Our waitress was also super fun and attentive.

Love, Love, Love this dining experience. We had a table of 6. Music was soft and romantic. Our steaks were done perfectly. The decor was also beautiful. The service is amazing! They also have a fun bar area called the Peacock Lounge.

If we could give Erte and the Peacock Lounge ten stars we would! They were the venue for our nephew's wedding. Absolutely fantastic setting. The owners, chef, and wait staff went above and beyond to allow us to come in early and decorate. Anything we asked for was done with a smile. They provided signature cocktails developed for the bride and groom. The food was top knotch! It was a five star meal served for a wedding! How many places can pull that off?All the food was cooked fresh. No early prep then holding until service like most wedding food. When we returned the next day to clean up their staff had most of it already done. All the guests raved about the venue and food. If you are looking for an intimate celebration venue or just a great ambience for a delicious meal and signature cocktails go to Erte and the Peacock Lounge!

Oh my. My boyfriend and I went here for our Valentine's dinner. It was phenomenal. I just spent my previous semester abroad in Argentina, which is known to many for their incredible steak and wine. The steak I had at Erte exceeded the quality and taste of any steak I had during my time in Argentina. For US prices, the steak was affordable, especially considering how delicious it was. I paid $17.50 for the best steak of my life. It's easy to spend a lot of money here, but then again, I'm on a college budget, so I might not be able to speak for everyone. The money was definitely worth it. Our server was great. Huge wine list. The atmosphere was perfect, especially for a holiday like Valentine's. The jazz band was excellent and perfect for background music. Love. Love. Love. I can't wait to go back when I save up some more money! Recommend 100%.
