Cosmic Burrito Tequila Bar, Food Truck and catering

My wife and I love coming to Cosmic Burrito! The Cosmic atmosphere is rocking. The owner Pablo is a visionary. We love Karaoke nights which are now on Taco Tuesdays. The food is great and they’ve got a wide assortment of Tequilas. We really enjoyed the service. Hailey was super friendly and attentive. We will be back!

My husband talked about this place for MONTHS before I was finally able to join him last week & I'm so happy I did! The food was incredible! We started with the jalapeño poppers, I had the fish tacos, and my husband had the steak burrito. In my opinion - you can get good food anywhere but you can't always find the atmosphere that this place provides. It is more than obvious that Pablo (the owner) truly takes pride in his business and wants to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience. He ran the kitchen while we were visiting and still made time to make us a new drink that he'll be adding to the menu. If you're in the area and looking for great food and good company, this is the place to be 😊

Great delicious burritos here! I had the chariso and egg and my wife had the crunchy beef burrito and both were amazing! Pablo is a great owner and treats everyone like a regular!! Definitely will be back!!

Just had dinner here tonight and the food was excellent, especially the steak burrito. Pablo and Jay were very friendly and welcoming making a great atmosphere along with the cool interstellar theme. Highly recommend the house made black garlic habenero hot sauce.

This place is awesome. The owner is down to earth and a great cook. Jay is a good bartender and an even better conversationalist. This is one of our favorite spots that we are rooting for. If you haven't checked it out, you have to!

Best spot in Redford, for sure. We were kindly greeted by the owner and he carefully explained his menu. The burritos were excellent! I recommend getting some of his peppers on the side. You can tell it used to be an old dive bar, but it's really clean in there and it has a cool alien/space theme. It's nice to see an owner that loves his business and is passionate about the food that he makes.

Absolutely love it here! The owner is very dedicated to ensuring all customers are happy and helped promptly. Now the food? It’s absolutely INTERSTELLAR! I loved the ribeye burrito with cheese. I’ll be back for more, maybe once a week, great hangout spot, and definitely the best bar in Redford!!!

This place out does it self every time. The food is fantastic, the staff are kind and considerate of ever patron, and it is always clean. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone whom likes a good time and good food. Thank you!!!

It may not look like much from outside, but the Cosmic Burrito hits well above its weight class.

When I arrived I was informed that the shredded beef would be coming out of the cooker shortly, which I took as a sign. While waiting, I had a good conversation with Pablo, the owner. He discussed his origins with his food truck and the importance of smaller batch, fresh ingredients. He seemed pretty dedicated to his community and especially his customers.

It wasn't long before my burrito arrived, and at the very first bite I understood why Pablo placed such an emphasis on fresh ingredients. The food was definitely a step up from most of the burrito places I've tried around the area.

If you're in the area, you won't regret giving the Cosmic Burrito a visit. I plan on returning pretty soon myself.

Really good burrito! Great sauces. Above everything, the owner is genuinely a warm, hospitable person and you can't help but wish him all the success possible in his business venture. I hope this place is a staple in Redford for a long long time.

Pablo and Jay are rockstars! Upon entry we were greeted by Pablo and he explained the menu and made recommendations. Jay made us delicious drinks and even made a drink for my sister that wasn't on the menu and she loved it. Clean bathrooms, great food 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This is my new favorite bar. Delicious tacos, more tequilas to choose from than your average liquor store, and unique drafts that taste great. This place is the coolest hangout spot in Redford!

Went here for the first time tonight and I loved it. It’s really nice to find somewhere different to go, the whole space thing is super cool and their whole menu is a play off of that and it was super cool. The food was great, house margarita was awesome, and Tiffani gave us the most welcoming and attentive service.

Also! The fact that they have a range of two dog hot sauces is great.

Will definitely be coming back for karaoke on Fridays!

The bartender Tiffani was so amazing myself and my husband love’s tequila and they have sooooo many if u do go make sure u see big tiff she is amazing and knows all the smooth tequila and the tacos were delicious as well

Really a diamond in the rough. Great atmosphere for those that are looking for a local neighborhood bar. It helps that the owner has run a food truck for years, so the food has already proven itself. It's truly unique and certainly elevates late-night bar eats. Massive selection of tequila and they truly know their stuff when it comes to it (mezcal as well). If you're in the area (or even if you're not) you owe it to yourself to check it out.

The food and drinks here are always great. The owner Pablo is great, friendly, and always out checking on the customers. The bartender Madison is awesome she's always making sure the drinks and bellys are full, the bar is clean, and everyone is taken care of.

what a great experience. The food was super good and pablo, the owner, was SO kind. Our waitress hailey was very sweet and the atmosphere is just awesome. we will definitely be back :)

Shout out to Jerome. He's a hard working man his service was amazing; his hard times never shows. His hard working skills and drive to be better are great. His communication skills were amazing 10/10 service. Will come again amazing food!

I have ordered and picked up burritos from here several times. The food is as good as a burrito can get. The service and atmosphere is top notch. Employees and customers are all friendly. On top of all that you get an out of this world theme, it’s my favorite burrito place.
