Holiday Inn Bloomington W Msp Airport Area, an IHG Hotel

The GM Veronica was absolutely amazing in helping me. I am a value shopper and this property is excellent value for the price. Amenities are good and well taken care of. Hot tub and pool water are the cleanest I’ve seen and that’s a huge sign of a well taken care of property. Maintenance staff are friendly and greet everyone. I highly recommend this property.

I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness that was displayed to my daughter myself from Mac, the assistant manager on January 4th we came from the airport back from vacation and he welcomed us as if we were family and came back home. His sense of professionalism and Customer Service was by far the best I have experienced in many years. You are very lucky to have him as your employee and he should be manager in my opinion. Even when I wanted to talk to his manager to give him an excellent review, he said it was not necessary, Only later that evening did I see his jacket with his name badge saying he was the assistant manager, he was very humble and it’s very hard to find people in this world nowadays that shows such excellent customer service. I would come back to this hotel again and again just to experience the professionalism and from the nurse from Mac he is irreplaceable!

I would like to thank verónica, monie, and the entire staff for making my stay here a glorious experience! The changes they have made to the breakfast bar has been a great addition and there server's and cooks for the oxny restaurant are always top notch thanks again for making it a home away from home! Also a special thanks to Angela and Bill for taking care of my reservations.

Stayed here going to the airport and returning. This is our second time doing so. VERY CLEAN! Staff is great from making the reservation to the breakfast! Outstanding! Beds are comfortable and room is welcoming. Breakfast is $8.95. It’s the standard hotel breakfast offered by many hotels. Transport to and from the airport is quick and convenient. Appreciated the ride waiting for us when we landed. Lot is safe for leaving a vehicle.

Mac the Assistant manager is the best!! He should be the manager!! Such a great personality and great help. It was so easy getting the shuttle from the airport, checking in, and the hot tub was great. But Mak is the reason we will be coming back! Sunshine in human form

We didn't stay there long, just a quick sleep before an early flight. However the place was nice, easy to get to, clean and had comfortable beds.

This hotel had great service. Staff was friendly, shuttle was on time and easy to use to the hotel. Room was clean and tidy.

The front desk person, Andrea, is magnificent. Friendly, accommodating, and even helped us out in the game room by turning down the TV when we the only ones there.

The manager of the pool, Gonzalo, was also very helpful, getting us towels, etc.

The breakfast buffet, ($12.99 for guests), is worth the money. It was all fresh and cooked to perfection.

I live in town so I visited each day and was greeted nicely, and treated like royalty.

Nice clean hotel in good area with good amenities, and the wonderful staff really make it great! I'm especially calling out 2 staff(all interactions with staff were great). Andrea at the front desk helped us on multiple occasions and was consistently positive and thoughtful, and Gonzalo who takes care of maintenance and the pool/hot tub-- he went the extra mile getting an issue with the pool fixed quickly- thank you Gonzalo!
We had 2 queen beds: both clean and comfortable, and we had the breakfast buffet (good hot food, coffee, yogurt, bagels and toast, but no fruit nor oatmeal, minimal waffle).
Nice big public area great for visiting with multiple sitting areas plus pool table and big tv. Nice pool and hot tub too. Loved our stay- see you next summer

I liked it. I stay in a hotel room every night, the holiday inn is usually a safe comfortable bet. The service from the gentleman who checked me in was exemplary.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. I enjoyed my stay. The service was impeccable. The front desk was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with the information for all the amenities inside the hotel. Martin and Martha at the restaurant area was extremely helpful.

It was a luxury experience, breakfast was awesome , bar was awesome, even all near by hotels have good pub and bar and lots of food, look like this is main place for tourists as all the hotels are there and location is near by almost all attractions like Mall of America and others. Best in price. Will visit again

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was gorgeous! The breakfast was so worth $12.99. Altogether, such a beautiful facility.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars! Check in was so smooth & the young man that was working the desk was super nice! Very well kept hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable, the pool area was great! Literally EVERYTHING was great! We were on the 3rd floor & it was super quiet the whole stay. Honestly, our best hotel experience!

This hotel is super nice. Well deserved of 5 stars! Everyone we encounter was so friendly and our groups had a wonderful time. From what we notice, all the staff seems to be enjoy working there. Love the big screen and ambient lighting throughout the hotel.

Lots of fun and clean! Pool table and board games for the family to play in the lobby area. Very friendly customer service also. Swimming pool and hot tub is a plus! You don't see many of hotels have hot tubs anymore. Everyday we were there, we saw maintenance people cleaning the pool/hot tub every morning so you know it was clean!

My wife and I stayed as part of a "date weekend." The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, & friendly. We have a very comfortable bed at home. The hotel bed was surprisingly comparable.

We stay in similarly-priced hotels. When we got to our room, She said to me, "Wow! You should always pick out hotels!"

The ONLY thing we'd change is breakfast. One reason I chose this hotel was the included breakfast. But, we saw in the dining room that others had to pay $12.99. The breakfast buffet was fine, but definitely not worth $12.99.

The service was amazing!! Our rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the pillows. There were fantastic amenities. We stayed here as a large group for a weekend getaway. They superseded my expectations. We will definitely be staying again!

I stayed for just a night but it was a great experience. Rooms were clean and had a lot of accommodations. Staff were also friendly and attentive. Overall nice place and would stay here again.
