I ordered some football gear for coaching and received part of my order in six weeks. Still waiting on the other half of my order and it's been over two months. It hasn't even gone into production yet .
Give yourself 6 months before ordering to be safe. I get the feeling this isn't a real business and just a hobby for some parent with an in to the sports organizations.

It's been another month since this review and I've got nothing. I called the number and emailed without a response.

I ordered a St Thomas hockey 1/4 zip and paid for it. Then they email me 2 weeks later saying sorry we can’t do your order and the ordering is closed now so good luck. Terrible customer experience, use a different sportswear company like Signature Concepts in Hopkins, 100% better than this company

Ordered apparel in September. Items were supposed to be shipped to my address. Waited well over a month and nothing. Checked the receipt and the order was apparently supposed to be picked up at a conference I attended. Ok, maybe a mix up no big deal.

I then emailed inquiring about having the order shipped to me and got one response saying they would be shipped out by 12/10/21. Still have not received my order and multiple emails have been ignored.

Don't use this place for anything. My daughter traveling basketball team uses this place for it's apparel. Placed a order on 11-11 that had a 3-4 window for us to get it & here we sit, 2 months have gone by & we have received nothing. You send email after email to them & they don't respond. Now they are just making up excuses. It's a joke. DON'T USE THIS PLACE for any of your needs.

Ordered gear on October 17 through a youth hockey association. Got word this week that the order will not be in before Christmas. Seriously - they tell me a week before Christmas that my Christmas gifts won’t be here. No offer to give me a discount.

Ordered apparel for our hockey association spirit wear in October with expected delivery in 2-3 weeks. It’s December 14 and it is still not here.

Company is two months late on apparel for youth hockey association that was ordered early Oct. 2019 with delivery date by Halloween.....today is Dec 3rd

No exchanging of sizes or no return policies if your school logo is on items! Just 100% bad company service!

Theres some seriously shady stuff going on with this company. Looks like they've taken 100s of customers orders and money and have ran away with both.
