Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Bloomington

This was an excellent and very comfortable hotel while we were visiting the Minneapolis area last weekend!!!

This lodging is situated just south of interstate 494, and about west of the MSP international Airport. We decided during our trip to the Minneapolis area that we would spend three nights at this hotel, and the reservation process was quick and easy.

The staff employee that we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival of this  hotel there was plenty of parking for their guests. Once we finally got checked in and in our room,  we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate.

What stood out about my stay. Easy, Sue. I only missed one night visiting her down in the lobby area for dinner. Sue served drinks and had a special for food every night. The room was clean and very comfortable as well. I’ll stay aging in a year.

Enjoyed our stay some months ago at this hotel. Close to the Mall of America. Clean rooms. The lady working at the bar area was super nice! Breakfast isn't free, but it was tasty. My kid loved the pool, and I enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back.

Wow! The staff at this hotel went so far above and beyond my expectations to ensure a great stay for all guests. I am traveling with my daughter and her marching band and the staff at this hotel made sure each of the 100 people we are traveling with (along with the many other guests in the hotel) had their needs met. Breakfast was delicious and hot? Rooms are clean and comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Every request was met with a big smile and they didn't miss a thing!

I have nothing but compliments for this particular Hilton location. The food, it was excellent, we dined there three nights and never had a bad meal. The room was excellent, they were clean, they smelled fresh, and they were well stocked with all of the items that we would need for a three night stay. The staff, they were top-of-the-line, all I had to do was ask and they would go out of their way to make sure that they got whatever I needed. I cannot say enough about this location it was fantastic to stay there and the next time I’m in the area I will be there again.

I really enjoyed by stay here. Everyone I came across from the front desk to the bartender was extremely friendly and helped with whatever question/request that I had. The room was extremely comfortable. Location is close to the airport. If you are choosing a room through digital check-in, I’d recommend picking a room on the other side of the interstate due to some noise but not a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I can say my stay at the Hilton Garden was amazing. There was a house keeper name Cherron that serviced me with all my needs the week I stayed she was very pleasant and very nice.Also Mrs Savanna was also very nice as well. Amy the server at breakfast was very nice as well. The staff here make you feel like your at home away from home. Thank you so much to you all.

Great hotel to stay at. Friendly staff, safe area, and great location to everything. The hotel has a very nice bar and lounge type setting and very clean and updated. They use ozone machines to clean the odors which makes the hotel smell even worse after they are done using them as they can trigger asthma and other breathing issues. We loved staying here and really hope the hotel can find an alternate source of odor removal that is safe and doesn't create a worse smell than the one they are trying to get rid of. Thank you for the great stay as we enjoyed everything about the hotel except the unsafe ozone machines being used by this hotel.

The best of the brand. All other Hiltons need to take their cues from this location. Bar, food, service, cleanliness, everything was perfect.

We liked the location, the ease and speed of check-in, and the spacious, clean rooms. It's close to the airport and Mall of America. Spent no more than 5 minutes to check in. Staff (Emilie?) was helpful and efficient. The room was plenty big for the four of us. Bathroom was clean. It had a new vibe. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of on-site free parking. Keurig coffee maker if you like that. Living room light switch was in a weird, out of the way place. That's about the only thing we disliked. The price was relatively affordable thanks to an online travel site's discount. I'd return if we could get a similar price, as their standard rates seem beyond our budget.

The staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. We even enjoyed the low key bar. Very relaxing place to stay and close to attractions

My family and I just stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington, for the last 5 days. The rooms were comfortable the beds were very wonderful. We had a couple things occur where we needed to shift rooms. the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. One was just an accident, The staff assured us that we would not be charged, for the accidental breakage. The staff was very supportive and helpful. On a side note one of their kitchen bar support staff had just died unexpectedly Thursday and yet the staff went about their business helping their customers and being kind and in a professional manner. We really enjoyed our time their even with some problems, we felt the staffs customer service was excellent. Breakfast was $11.99 but it was great made to order omelettes,pancakes or waffles. This Hilton Garden inn did have a wonderful whirl pool while the Hilton Garden Inn close to the Mall of America did not have a hot tub. Great staff, great rooms.

good hotel, affordable service

Very clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We very much enjoyed the breakfast as well. They had a waitress who takes your order. We had a buffet going on our table with waffles, omelettes, pancakes and French toast. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff are extremely courteous even when they are really busy and there are many people in the lobby. There is always somebody available to help you with a warm smile. The rooms are kept very neat and clean as you'd expect. I love the comfort of the beds, best i have stayed in.

The cleanest hotel I have been in for quite a while! From the moment you walk in, everything is immaculate! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Super clean, up dated, staff was the nicest I've seen. My family really enjoyed it here. The beds,pillows were so comfy that I slept like a baby. That is rare for me. The free breakfast was a bonus. Man can't say enough. If you decide to visit The Mall of America, do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it. The best of the best here. AA++
