Hampton Inn Minneapolis Bloomington West

We had a wonderful time! Hotel was modern, new, and very clean. Check in took literally 3 minutes! The Manager was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was hot and there were a lot of options. Loved the coffee, hot chocolate, or tea in the lobby. Wifi worked great. Had fridge in room. Has its own parking lot and was free. Quiet rooms. All the staff were friendly and thanked us for staying with them. Would definitely recommend! PS I downloaded the Hilton app and joined their rewards (free) to get a better rate and to have a digital key. We used the room card key though. They also offer AAA discounts as well as many others.

Really nice staff. The room was in good condition. The fitness center has a lot of equipment. There is a pool and a hot tub and both were clean. Breakfast was good. It was supposed to open at 7 on weekends but the staff had everything ready to go 15 minutes early so that's convenient. I would defiantly recommend staying at this location.

Steff made our stay so great, we needed some help during our stay since we were new to the city, Steff went above and beyond with his kindness. We had a great stay and we highly recommend it.

We spend a few nights there and the service was friendly, it was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was included. Would come back.

The manager Angela is amazing and Chevy. Savannah is very nice too. The house keepers Tiffany and Cherron make sure your stay is great. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Can’t say enough about the hotel and their staff. From the clean and huge rooms, wonderful pool and hot tub, and filling breakfast. They were able to accommodate my last minute request for a crib without hesitation. But truly, the star of the show are their employees. Specifically the gentleman that worked during breakfast, cleaning the area and refilling items. He was an absolute joy and deserves recognition as he clearly takes pride in his work. Kudos! Would I stay here again? Absolutely, no question.

Stayed here May 12th-14th with family and was quite impressed all around with the hotel. It was a very busy hotel but everyone was very friendly and our room was nice and quiet! If ever in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again!

The bed was comfortable, I got a really good night's sleep. The pillows were a little lumpy and soft they just need to get new ones. The room was big and clean the shower was huge the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was really good. We stayed two nights and they switched up the breakfast on the next day so it wasn't the same thing.
The fitness center was amazing. There were quite a few cardio machines weights, weight balls and a couple of other weight lifting machines to use. It was a big space and very clean.
It had a pretty good size pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to use either one. I wish we did though because on our last day we went down there and I put my hand in the water and the water temperature in the pool was perfect
The only thing that I request is I'm a tea drinker so to have more of a supply of tea bags in the kitchen and in the rooms.

I highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re traveling with your “ best friend”. I was visiting a family member who was ill. She had asked me to come and bring my 6# dog. Just because a hotel allows dogs doesn’t mean they’re actually welcome. This place was very welcoming and made our stat special. They even had a few vegan options for breakfast!

This hotel has welcomed our high school marching band group for several years now. They are incredibly patient with 70-80 teenagers in their hotel. They had everything ready when the busses pulled in. The staff at breakfast the next morning was on top of keeping things full and fresh, they were even clearing plates from tables as we and the kids were finishing up eating (I would say above and beyond for a complementary breakfast!). I hope we're able to continue using this hotel in future years in the Cities!

Stayed here three nights and everything was great. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The few times I talked to the staff they were pleasant and friendly.

With the digital key and the check in/check out process in the app the whole stay was nice and simple.

Exactly what you need when out for business and leisure. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The fitness room had what I needed for my workouts and breakfast was nothing special but was a great start for my day.
I will be back.

Seemed to be in a good area. Not crowded. Breakfast, same as all Hampton's.
Pet friendly. Friendly staff.
You have to ask for fresh linens on the weekends as housekeeping does not do service if you are staying more than 1 night.

This has been the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff were so friendly. They upgraded my room for me! It has been such a pleasure staying here!

It keeps getting better and better here. I needed to update my post and make sure I mentioned Tonya for being the absolute most helpful and considerate staff member I have ever interacted with. She has gone above and beyond to make my stay the best ever.

I used the digital key during my stay; a very convenient service. I also had no problem getting a spare key for another guest in my room. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The few staff members I encountered were friendly and courteous. We were close to restaurants and had no problems getting around the area.

Updated rooms and furniture and clean location.
Friendly staff took away the stress of being far away from home. This place is worth my money any day.

Charlotte and her team are attentive to customer needs and are quick to respond when problems arise. The room was accommodating and very clean. Also, the free breakfast was better than expected with a variety of food items to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying at this Hampton Inn!

Very kind service desk assistance upon check-in. Rooms are very nice - all the amenities, fridge, coffee maker, microwave - and they're spotless. Had a great night's sleep. 😌
