Front desk personnel are friendly, courteous, and efficient during the check in and check out process. The 8th floor room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The available three express elevators got me between the lobby and my room speedily. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water was hot. Morning breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee was hot. I received the receipt for my stay in my email inbox as requested. The property is located in a corporate zone and is very quiet at night. The property is also conveniently located minutes from the expressway. I will be a return guest.

This hotel is great, especially for the price. Perfect location, friendly staff, everything as expected. Elevators are so fast for a 17 floor hotel and there are three of them. We've stayed here twice in the last month and both times have been great.

Loved it here! Very relaxing and enjoyed having a balcony on our room to have the sliding door open and step out on it. Staff was very helpful.

It was a perfect for us, particularly for their pet-friendly policies. Breakfast was good. The rooms are smaller but clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is great, close to South side everything.

Our go-to hotel when in Minneapolis. Pet friendly and always a nice stay. I marked down the room this stay because the sink was super slow draining and the pet receptacle in the pet area was overflowing. But overall another good stay.

The room was very nice and clean. The AC/head was functional. Nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was good and consisted of breads, bagels, English muffins, cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, eggs, and sausage. Check in and check out was fast. Very satisfied with my stay.
Also noticed a pet friendly sign.

Worthy of 5 stars. I’ve done a few Sleep & Flys in the MSP area and this one was the best. Friendly service, clean rooms, and timely shuttles.

My go to place to stay is the Laquinta Bloomington. I love the staff. Jonathan has checked me in a few times and always has a warm smile on his face and greets me. If I have any issues he has helped me get them resolved. The rooms are always clean and if I need anything extra (towels, soaps, etc) they are more than happy to accommodate and make my stay smooth, quiet and comfortable. I love that they also provide a nice complimentary breakfast. I always recommend to friends and family if they want to stay somewhere nice. The Bloomington Laquinta on American Blvd is a great place to go.

Rolled in at 3:30am after a 14 hr drive...tired and crabby. Jonathan at the front desk checked me in and was SO nice, smiling, friendly and helpful I couldn't help but be in a better mood.
I stayed here many many years ago and I am so happy to see its been maintained very well! The bed was very comfortable and since I sleep on a memory foam bed at home I am miserable in most hotels but this wad great! The room was good size and clean. Breakfast was great.
And this hotel has the fastest elevators I have ever been in!
I also felt safe unloading my car un the middle of the night.
The only bad thing I could say is they were out of sugar free sweetener for coffee......and if that's the worst thing that happens to me today it's going to be an AWESOME DAY! Thank you againJonathan 😀

Requested a handicapped room well in advance of our stay but was informed it is still first come first served. The young man at the desk told us he could refund our money and we could go elsewhere; at 11pm that was not what I wanted to hear. Why have the option to request a handicapped room if it can't be guaranteed? Being handicapped is not a choice and the request was made out of necessity.
All that being said, we made due. Our room was good, minus the walk in shower request. Breakfast was great...loved my waffles! The breakfast crew were bit grumpy when informed that certain supplies were needed. I get that they were busy, but schedules were trying to be kept...planes to catch and all.

Close to Mall of America. Rooms are very clean. Excellent price even for a cheap Canadian.

Rooms were immaculate. Listen, there are TWO La Quantia locations in Bloomington and THIS ONE IS THE ONE TO BOOK. My brother and I both booked separately, from different states and both ate in different hotels. If I was in his location, I WOULD LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. I lucked out I didn't book that one. This one is quiet, clean, brand new carpet and well kept. No grime, spotless. Book here. Airport shuttle, and shuttle to Mall Of America. Front desk girl when I first arrived at 215 was completely rude and unwelcoming, then told me she'd charge me $50 if I checked in before 3, so I just kept my stuff in brothers car and checked in later after our day, which was great because the girl working at that time was a gem.

Excellent rooms, service, and price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and well presented, and the rooms were a step above most hotels. Rooms were clean, modern, everything worked and simple things like towels were a grade above most hotels. Showers were great with instant hot water. Considering everything, we'll stay here next time we're in the area.

I was very pleasantly surprised...I chose this hotel for its price, since I was just overnighting for a conference in town. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean and well appointed. Is truly was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in, and that's including some far fancier (and pricier) places in downtown Chicago. Staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Minneapolis.

For the price it was a good deal.

Breakfast was weak And the key cards never worked but wasnt expecting much for price paid.

This is a nice hotel for the price. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast had a lot if options. But what impressed me most was the staff, especially Louis (I hope I got his name right)We were in town for a memorial service and tensions were a little high. There was a problem with my parents’ reservation. It was an odd situation. We were freaking out a little but Louis went above and beyond to figure it out and take care of us. He remained calm and took care of the issue that didn’t appear to be his or the hotel’s fault. Working with stressed out customers can be trying but this young man kept his cool and was very kind to us

The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our group to stay on the same floor in different rooms which fit our needs and made our stay feel comfortable. Rooms were clean and bed comfort was exceptional.

A big shoutout to Destiny who went above and beyond for acquiring my Sony headphones back after I had forgotten them upon leaving. Thank you so much!

We had a nice room. The only issue was the bathroom door needed to be oiled as the squeak was very loud. We enjoyed breakfast and the gentleman that serves the meal was very friendly and even made a waffle for me as it was near closing time. I will definitely be back.

It was a good hotel, pictures online matched what you see in person. The building and rooms were clean. Short drive to Mall of America, good price, had an indoor pool and breakfast included all pluses in my book.
