We received wonderful personal service from Cyrus who was super knowledgable and did a great job asking questions and making suggestions. This is the third time we've bought a rug from Cyrus Artisan Rugs. They sell a wide variety of styles and price points. The quality of their rugs is top of the line and a great value. We appreciate the customer service; they are knowledgeable about rugs and also have a keen eye for what will work in an existing space.

We are looking for the perfect statement piece for our new home. On a whim, we stopped by Cyrus Artisan Rugs. We worked with Cyrus Jahanshahi who was absolutely incredible. He’s enthusiastic and very approachable. All of the staff at Cyrus were. We thought we knew what we were looking for only to have Cyrus really open our minds up to other ideas we may have not considered. When investing in such a beautiful piece for your home, it’s good to work and collaborate with someone who has a deep knowledge of the product. Cyrus explained the techniques and origins behind each rug. Which makes them all so much more special. We left with our minds full of ideas and are looking forward to finding the perfect rug for our home with Cyrus.

This is an amazing business. The building and showroom are flawless, the staff are polished and knowledgeable. The selection is incredible as well. The rug I bought was a great value, and once I got it home, I got it open I couldn’t believe how much better the quality was from other rugs I’ve owned. I love it:)

Cyrus Rugs is by far the best rug showroom in the Twin Cities. They offer very special high quality rugs with impeccable service. I’ve purchased three rugs from them and will treasure them always.

We have purchased two hand-made rugs from Cyrus. I would highly recommend them. They have an extensive inventory of beautiful rugs from around the world, and the staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. And if a rug does not work when you get home, they will take it back and you can try a different rug.

Cyrus Artisan Rugs is the only place to shop in the Twin Cities. They boast of a $7 million dollar inventory housed in a spacious, clean and well lighted facility just off I-494. Anwar greeted us and we quickly connected with what we were looking for. Anwar was a good listener and clarified the size rug needed for our space. He viewed our furniture swatches and room photos and knew exactly which pile of rugs to go to start the selection process. The associates helping break down the large rug pile were eager to help. The showroom has enough empty floor place to allow viewing of many rugs at once. We selected 4 qty, 9x10 rugs to look at on the floor at the same time. It was fantastic! To top it off we were able to take our selected rug home for a 3 day trial period before the final purchase. We got a top quality rug that really sets our seating area apart from the room. Anwar guided us during the entire selection process with tips on materials of construction, rug care, designs (big vs small), country of origin and many stories of how the right rug can make a big difference in your home decor. We had a very satisfying experience and highly recommend Cyrus Artisan Rugs.

Cyrus and Anwar at Cyrus Rugs offer outstanding service to their customers. We have had two rugs professionally cleaned and the results were stunning. We are very impressed with the care Cyrus and Anwar extended to us as customers. They were eager to share information about the history of the rugs they cleaned for us. This place is like a rug museum. There is a huge selection new and antique rugs from around the world. The owner is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and very patient with indecisive customers. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted, and he took the time to show us a wide variety and helped us find the perfect rug for our space. Definitely recommend.

Anwar and Freddy are an absolute dream team! Welcoming, knowledgeable and always thinking of the customer first. My husband and I were looking for rug options for both, our living and bed room. With the many great options available at Cyrus Artisan Rugs, Anwar let us consign several of the rugs we liked to make sure they worked in our space. We couldn't be happier with our final selection and will surely come back for any future rug needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic designs and unrivaled quality.

Everyone at Cyrus was very helpful. My wife and I were a little intimidated by the large selection, but they listened to the style of home we have and were able to narrow the selection down to a manageable size. They even brought a few of the rugs to our home so we could view it firsthand with our lighting and furniture. Picked out a couple of rugs and could not be happier with our selection. Went back a short time later and purchased another rug for our three-season porch.

Cyrus is a very nice store. Anwar was patient and helpful even with our two girls climbing over all the piles of rugs. Even though our budget was on the low end, he helped us find a nice rug that we like. It is super soft. It seems like a super good deal, a 8 x 10 Pakistani wool hand knotted rug approx. 280 knots per square inch for under $2,000.

This weekend I purchased a beautiful new rug for my home. I was impressed by everything from the quality of the rugs, the knowledge Cyrus had of the craftsmanship and materials, to the customer service.

Talk about customer service. We walked in as rug neophytes with no experience and left feeling confident, educated, and happy regarding our purchase. Cyrus and his team were incredibly helpful as I navigated the different types of rugs in his showroom. They’re very knowledgeable and helped educate me on the different rugs available. I bought 2 beautiful handknottted wool rugs from Cyrus Rugs online. I’m on the West Coast so I knew it was a bit risky without seeing them in person first. I had Cyrus send me a few xtra pictures to be sure of the colors and they were delivered a few days later. I couldn’t be happier with these rugs! The designs and the colors are wonderful. I was replacing existing rugs that I LOVED but were damaged and didn’t think I’d like new ones but these are above and beyond for me. I’d highly recommend Cyrus Rugs!

Visited Cyrus to look at rugs for our new home. I was amazed at the quantity of inventory in-store. Anwar greeted us and made us feel right at home. Imagine searching for the “one” rug through a maze high quality, multi patterned/colors of hand made rugs. Not easy! After a couple of visits and taking a few samples home, we settled on this hand made beauty. Not cheap rugs, but you definitely get what you pay for. Thanks Anwar and team!
