Can’t really complain! Excellent deals on all the cars I’ve bought from them, there always just how I expected them. Just make sure you go inside for your keys! Every location is different I’ve realized, some will keep them zip tied to the column but not this one! So just remember that or else you’ll have to have them mail them to you

Had a car towed there because of total loss and received it back with missing items that I proved with before and after pics. I contacted the general manager, Mr. Logan Kilbride, and sent pics and he rectified the issue. So I edited this review. My insurance agent might have dropped the ball since the car sat at a salvage/auction yard for so long (over 10 days)!

I don't usually write reviews but I had too this time! I have been dealing with Copart for quite sometime now and I have to say that the customer service is amazing. Everything goes smooth and I am always welcomed with nice staff especially Richelle, Bailey, and Destinee. This place deserves more than 5 stars! Really recommend this place and keep up the positive energy!

As a car transporter I got to copart at 8am when they open today and I had my paperwork done, loaded and out of there by 8:30. This place works like a well oiled machine.. a+ review from me !

I wanted to go on and write a review about a great experience I had here at Copart auto auction. I usually don't write reviews but this time I had to. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle at any auction and I was very nervous. I was very impressed with the manager TJ. He went over and beyond and answered all my questions and explained to me about the whole bidding process.Very impressed! He was very patient and great help!

This yard provides excellent customer service! They are always calm and willing to help you rather then trying to cut you off the phone like other yards ( Dayton and Ionia)

I purchased a vehicle from Copart recently, it was my first attempt to buy a car from an auction.
the whole process was very smooth. However, there was a mechanical problem with the car that even copart was not aware of.
I was able to speak with T.J. before leaving, he gave me his personal cellphone and asked me to follow-up with him the next morning.
I texted him in the morning and he was able to get everything situated for me.
I can't be more happier.. T.J. Was very friendly and handled the situation professionally right before the Christmas holidays.
I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location.
I am very excited for me next purchase.

Well it stinks if you have to visit your totalled out car but these guys make it easy to snag your personal items out of it!

I visited your facility this afternoon and young lady with a gray sweatshirt and black/brown hair pulled back in a pony was outstanding!

I was upset because of fact that I didn’t bring a vest figuring what I wore to the Davison location a yellow jacket coat was adequate. It turned out it wasn’t but she had one and saved me from wasting a 100 mile trip and I was able to view my car!!

I wish I caught her name because she was very professional and helpful and everyone I dealt with today was extremely pleasant thanks again to all your staff for doing and incredible job!

I have been on many auction sites and have dealt with many office staffs. The Detroit facility has shown that courtesy and care for their customers is what matters most. On several occasions I have made mistakes and have not been organized as I should have been. They would show nothing but patience and walked me through the process and pointed me in the right direction each time. So thank you, Baily , Samantha and Michelle for all the help.

Forgot name of the lady working there, but she let me in even after they were closed after telling her that I had been trapped by the train passing that wasted my time waiting for it's long slow pace. She was very nice, accepted the payment and saved me another trip. Followed her tip to avoid late afternoons to avoid the train. Went there another time trying to see her again but did not see her. They are very fast. Now payments are done ACH to save time. But the employees there were always nice and fast. Highly recommend.

TJ and the other loaders were great so were the staff. Best Copart in the Midwest.

You cannot really tell how well, or terribly, a business is operated until you have a problem. Having encountered my first issue with copart I was worried about how I was going to be treated and my situation handled. Without going into too much detail, I started working with Logan to have my issue resolved and he took care of it quickly and professionally.

I really want to share my experience with everyone specifically I'm big buyer from copart , the day I purchased 3 vehicles from copart Detroit And I flow from FL to Detroit Michigan to pick up my cars with my friends so we can drive them back but we find out one of the cars doesn't have key even I bought it with key but some low life has stolen the key so I had big argument with copart management but after all I really want to apologize and thank Bailey and TJ from the bottom of my heart For getting out of their way and help me take care of my issues and keep going as I planned.

This is a great copart location, I was helped by Leslie and she was great. Thank you for treating us well, had a great experience and will be a return customer.

Best copart !! Ladies up front are the best and get you in and out. They have all the paperwork together when i go in, best so far!
