Sesi Mazda of Ann Arbor is nothing less than a top notch automotive dealer. Dan T was very helpful throughout the process of acquiring a new Mazda CX-5 CE. During these times when finding a new car could be difficult; Dan made it easy. We started talking about new cars to choose from in early September 2022 and I took delivery of this beautiful CX-5 today, Sept 30. Such a nice car at such a great price. The customer service and staff along with the owner are all super awesome. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in my time of need after having lost my fairly new Honda. Sesi and Dan are the best! Update July 2023 - the service department is great at Sesi! Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. --- Another great experience today at Sesi with their service manager Doug and his experienced service team. What a great place to have your vehicle serviced as they make every customer feel like a VIP and treat your vehicle like their own. I had a very courteous and pleasant experience. The sales person, Nick Scott, was nice and efficient. He was not too pushy like some car sellers are, and I appreciated that. He followed up with all the details and continued to follow up even after we bought the car. The account manager was also very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. All and all it was a smooth and easy transaction.

Service consultant was professional and helpful. I came in without an appointment and Doug was able to squeeze me in, get everything organized, and got me out with a loaner in a reasonable amount of time. The work was finished correctly and on time. Happy customer.

When ever I come Sesi I’m always greeted. When my car is in for any type of service I always receive a call with an update on my vehicle. I recommend this dealership to buy cars, from my parents to me all our cars came from Sesi

Holy smokes! I am blown away at my experience today!! You’re going to think I’ve been paid to provide this review, however, it comes from the heart!

Time was tight for me this morning and it was looking likely that my vehicle would not be done in time. I explained the constraint to my service advisor and he responded that he would do what he could to expedite my service. I was not convinced since it appeared that they were quite busy!

Not only was my vehicle ready well before it was promised, they washed it and had it ready to go (no waiting for a porter to pull the car around)!! I can’t believe I said this, however, as I left I said “I can’t wait to come back!”

The facility is clean. The waiting area is sufficiently appointed, and you will receive a video of the inspection of your car (tire wear, brake wear, etc) which I’ve never seen done anywhere prior and it is fantastic! I’m blown away and could not be more pleased!

It was my first car purchase and very great experience, thanks to Bob! I was given all the honest opinion, comparison and advice and there was no aggressive sales at all. Great purchasing experience including all the paper works & finance closing. I would like to recommend everyone who are considering to purchase any of these brands they have.

I just took my car in for an oil change and I honestly probably won’t take my car to any other place after this. Their customer service is extraordinary, everybody who works there is kind and has a smile on their face. They even washed my car for me 🥹 And my favorite part about this whole process is whenever they do the inspection, They record the entire process and send it to you so you can see what they’re working on. Amazing. 10/10

Smoothest and most painless new vehicle transaction I’ve ever had. Offered a fair price out of the gate with no nonsense add-ons. No pressure to add services I didn’t want or need in the finance office. Did most of the deal over the phone and was in and out of their showroom in 45 minutes on delivery day. Will absolutely purchase there again in the future.

I have purchased several new cars at Sesi Mazda for many years and also have my cars serviced here. The Service Department cares for their customers as if you are a family member. I appreciate when I come in for service appointments, service managers let me know if work needs to be done on the vehicle now or it can wait. The work performed by the service team always is done well for me. It's fascinating Sesi has the technology to show the work being done on my vehicle. I enjoy coming to Sesi and highly recommend them for vehicle needs.

I started out looking at a different dealership, with a terrible experience. Heather at Sesi made the entire transaction quick and easy and was amazing to work with. Amazing customer service at a very fair price! While purchasing a vehicle, I had some personal paperwork to sort out that delayed the process. The salesman Patrick Murdock went above and beyond to make sure that this didn’t prevent me getting the vehicle I wanted, and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. He personally provided me rides to get to the dealership and back home again several times. He was straightforward, didn’t try to push more expensive options that I didn’t need, and looked for ways to make the process easier.
Now I have the vehicle I wanted! When my family needs to buy a second vehicle in a few months, I know exactly where I’m going!

Doug from Mazda is really great. Both Doug and the mechanics have been so helpful in trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. They go above and beyond and is great with communicating with you so you know what’s going on.

The most professional dealership that I ever experienced. No sales pitch on extended warrantees, etc. The whole process of picking up a new car took only about 20 mins, most of which was for a tech person explaining key tech features of the car. I highly recommend Sesi Moters for buying a car.

Very happy they identified our catalytic converter was defective and they replaced it under warranty. There was no sign this was a problem from driving the car. Had I not gone to the dealer there would have been a $2000 or more repair in our future.

Right off the bat, staff was courteous and helpful. Came in with no appointment to wait for an oil change and they had me up and running in no time at all. Will definitely be returning for service in the future.
